They are the best car mechanic around. They might be a little bit more pricey, but I feel so safe and secure with them taking care of my car and they always have time to fit me in the guys at the front desk are really kind as I am a mom and they totally make sure my car is safe.

Great service I had an oil change and my brakes serviced. The staff and customer service are friendly, and they thoroughly explained the procedure to me. Women's recommended auto services.

My sister had her van towed into high-tech with a no-start condition, Mike and his team attempted to jump the van and stated they looked at it. Mike called and said that would be $70 for a half hour of labor and that if we wanted him to go further it would cost $250 for a new battery and $280 for 2 hours of additional diagnostics.
Luckily, my sister had the good sense to call me because she was feeling that she was about to get ripped off. I was able to grab my jumper cables, gas can, and some seafoam. Turns out the van was out of gas and the parking lights were left on so that drained the battery. After a couple of cans of gas and a jump the van was running beautifully.
Be careful at this place, they’re looking to make a buck and not really concerned about the truth. I fear women are especially targeted. Never again!!!

The owner I believe his name was Mike was not helpful. He quoted me diagnostics for around $500. He didn’t seem interested in helping me. He or one of auto mechanics opened the hood jumped the battery. Mike told me I need a new battery. He also said it was running very “rough” and that it was spewing black spoke out of the exhaust. It wasn’t. My brother and I put gas in it jumped it and drove it home with no issues. I absolutely would not recommend Hitech to anyone.

Wanted a simple oil change, could have done it myself if it wasn’t so cold out as of late. I wasn’t feeling it with the snow and all and decided to try this place. Highly recommended by friends and family- dropped the car off 9 AM. Oil change shouldn’t have taken more than 20-30 minutes. Parking lot was empty, went inside and said I needed the car back by 2 PM for work. 11 AM rolled around, and still haven’t had a call back from them. Figured it should be done by now. Call is immediately answered with, “IT’S ALMOST DONE THEY’RE WORKING ON IT NOW” to which I stop for a moment then say, “You don’t even know what I’m calling for or who I am.” I now hear panic shuffling in the background as this guy tries to figure who the hell I am. I ask again, “What am I calling for?” He stumbles over his words and then says, “The Honda Accord” and I say, “Yes. How do you know that?” He fumbles and panics again, his voice clearly worried. “Uh- caller ID?” I decide to go against my gut and be a nice person. Cut the guy some slack. Perhaps there is a large queue with the recent snowfall. “And how long till my car is done?” He stumbles with his words again, “Oh uh- uh… noon? 12:30? Maybe 1 because they have to break for lunch and everything..” I’m not in any rush besides needing the car back at 2 PM. I stipulate this fact yet again and agree to checking in at 1 soon. I go and run some errands and 1 PM rolls around. I live in the town of Norton. Therefore I decided to stop by as it was getting close to 2 PM. To my utter shock, my car remained in the exact same spot in the parking lot. 0 cars around. I was outright LIED to about it being “worked” on. This is beyond shameful for a shop associated with AAA… I went in and the same guy who was lying to me on the phone and took the car in the morning waddles out holding my keys. He blurts out “it’s not ready yet!” while jangling my keys in the air. “Has the car left the lot AT ALL?” He looks down to avoid my eyes, “No”. I put my hand out, “I’m sorry.” He waits in confusion and then asks, “are you taking it or leaving it?” As if I’m not utterly applauded enough to give this idiot more of my time or money. He had 4 hours to do an oil change. 0 cars in the bay behind and his only excuse was “I’m sorry it was a hell morning.” With 0 cars in the bay, 0 cars in the lot. An oil change. Done in 30 minutes at the max. Unbelievable, unprofessional. Massive waste of time and energy. Cannot stress this enough- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!
