“Woooow, this is an arboreal maintenance candy AND toy store! I decided I wanted to stop in to pick up a replacement chainsaw bar and chain as I backed over my last one with my garden tractor, anyhow. So, I go looking online for a replacement. An Oregon is the OEM bar that my ~15 year old Craftsman electric chainsaw had. Luckily there’s a replacement and a certified local official retailer to acquire it from! So I get on the phone and the customer service representative made me worried about the educational standards for the folk outside of New England. I just wanted to have the bar shipped to the store for pickup so Id have a reason to visit and see what kind of equipment they have for me to needlessly lust after. They did not understand how shipping works for some reason and got upset with me. Anyhow it came I picked it up. There’s more to the story but I’ve got to go hang with my family. They all just woke up. Stay pruned for the next chapter.”

“Better than going to the big box stores because there's usually help there when I'm looking for it instead of them nowhere to be found OR bothering you every 5 minutes. Usually come here for small items because it's in town as well. The guys in there are all pretty pleasant.”
“Great place if you need to stop and find tools to finish a job, or to find gifts. They always have great deals on good quality tools, and the staff are always very friendly and ready to help. Usually not too busy.”
“This place is great. The prices are consistently lower than Homedepot and they offer much more selection. You can get just about any PVC trim here and all the correct fasteners. A&R sells many high quality items that are not available at the box stores and they have the knowledge to guide you towards the correct products for your job. I have bought everything from Unilock pavers, wire mesh for concrete, rebar, stain grade interior window casing, cedar clapboard siding without finger joints, stainless nails, Schlage door knobs, granite mailbox post and property markers, charcoal metal siding I used on my ceiling in my garage, grass seed , wood pellets for my pellet stove etc. A&R can get many species of wood and rough sawn wood. I have also bought railroad ties and landscape timbers to hold crane parts off the ground for long periods. I cannot think of another place to buy railroad ties. I am looking forward to coming here many years to come for all my future projects!”

“Best place around, what ever the Big outlets, dont carry ever or any more, this family owned place does, and more, if for some reason they don't have in stock, they will gladly help order it for you. Been regularly going there since they do carry whatever I can't find at the big dealers, and the sons are the most helpful and kindest dudes you will ever meet. There were plenty of sales specials and end cap displays to keep me distracted from my mission, but I resisted and remained focused ( nice try Lowe's maybe next time ) All in all quite the adventure monsters and all”

“I'm writing this review specifically to give kudos to Derek Rock who delivered a huge load of lumber to my house. Derek was put in a tough situation where the driveway where the delivery could be placed was needed for a dumpster instead. There were not many places to put the load for a small house on a small street. He was able to suggest out of the box ideas and was able to expertly and quickly place all the huge pallets that took up nearly every foot of available space on the front of my property. He was very careful to cause as little damage to our lawn and bushes as possible. I am very grateful for Derek and the care he treated my property as if it were his own. Thanks so much!”
“I have been going to Harvey’s since 1984 and now it’s Lansing and it’s the same place just a different name. They have always been knowledgeable about their products and do their very Best to get you exactly what you need and usually pretty quick turnaround. I’ll be going there and using them till I retire.”

“Home Depot generally has everything I'm looking for. If they don't have it they can most certainly order it. However I will say Home Depot is not the kind of chain that one can get a uniformed experience from at different locations. Which means you may go to one Home Depot and get an excellent experience and then visit another Home Depot and get a lousy experience. In my experience locally Taunton is an excellent store I love going there and it's hours until 10:00 p.m. with a Bridgewater store is till 9:00 p.m.”
“Here is the quick and informative. As with every other Home Depot, the layout and accessibility are standard but this location has such helpful staff. I was in need of screws for assembling a table but had no idea what I was looking for. Steve Quinn in the hardware section went above and beyond to help me figure the situation out. His interaction with me and his attention to detail as well as his problem solving capability was phenomenal. Thank you Steve.”

“Even during the height of COVID we did not have any issues with Lowe's at West Bridgewater; products, staff or special installation services... all good! Ordered a new washer and dryer, on time delivery. Had two storm doors installed. No issues. Had custom blinds measured and installed. No issues. Great service. Great staff. They give 10% for veterans. No negatives.”
“I went to purchase a stove and I was helped by Mark in the appliance department. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend asking for him if looking to purchase an appliance.”
“So I bought a blinds at this location, however it was the wrong size. I returned it , and the lady couldn’t pull my card up on the system from my Apple Pay. So this young man Danny came to the rescue he was very professional, and helpful . I truly believe he should get a big promotion from the position he’s in right now. And I truly believe that they should put young technology savies on the front line , because that’s a hindrance for the elders to help customers ?? DANNY is a true team champion.”

“Stopped in here to check out some supplies for the condo. The store was clean and well organized. I saw many employees busy putting stuff on the shelves and making sure the store was neat.I like Lowe's. They have won eight consecutive Energy Star awards from 2003 to 2010, including four Energy Star Partner of the Year awards for educating consumers about the benefits of energy efficiency. They are a good corporate citizen and a good supplier for the DIY crowd. Easy place to shop.”

“It is hard to find a good local hardware store that hires local people in todays world. Well let me tell you that the Norton Ace Hardware store is just that. The people are friendly they want to help you if you need it. The store is like the old fashion hardware store of yesteryear. They have just about everything. If they don't have it in stock then they can usually get the same day or the next day( depending on shipping). The store is clean well stocked and they always have new displays in place. I personally love this store .I highly recommend this store.”
