“Spent hour & 1/2 on phone with cable set up an appointment.,, got a call from “advanced tech” had me plug & unplug box to tell me wasn’t the box it was the tv,, placed a call to John mostly to ask charge to check, John very patiently spent time with me on phone & felt it was in fact my cable box but he would look at the tv. Packed it up & drive to the shop. John met me at door carried it into the shop, plugged it in, connected it to cable & wa la!! He was very knowledgeable, explained things clearly & patient with this technically challenged senior. 5 stars not enough!!”

“My husband and I visited the T-Mobile store in Mansfield today, we received an excellent customer service. We bought a new phone, and they helped us to set it up and transferred all the data. “Let me preface this by saying I very rarely feel compelled to give reviews. I have dealt with countless buy sell trade places and pawn shops as I do a lot of business with these kind of places and I must say..... my first impression could not be any better. It's tough these days to find good honest people to do business with and this guy was awesome! Bearing in mind that these places need to turn a profit he was Fair with me on the items I brought in but the real shock and what I take to be a tell as to his character came when I made an offer on an item and he actually proposed a better deal than what i was asking for! He said it's fine because I was fair with him now keep in mind he paid me what I would consider to be on par with someone trying to be fair but needing to turn a profit so he really didn't owe me anything. Some people look at offers from places like this without understanding the fact that they are giving you cash right now and they are going to have to sit on the item and of course the whole point of being in business is to turn a profit so I feel he owed me nothing and had been as Fair as I could ask so it really meant a lot to me for him to do that. Great guy and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.”

“I live just up the street from here,and shop here almost daily,due to my schedule, mostly during evening hours.The staff I deal with regularly, are without a doubt some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met in retail!However, I made the mistake of going there during the day a couple times recently, and I have to say, it's like night and day! The people they have working up front, at self check during the day are rude, and have no customer service skills whatsoever! I spent 25mins. Just trying to get the register at self check out to take my 5 dollar bill, I asked several different staff members if they could help me, or exchange my 5 for a newer bill or 5 ones, but they claimed their register was locked, another one said , I would have to void out my whole thing and try a different register, so I did, and another 15mins later had the same result. And still, was on my own to figure it out .. my total was around $40, everything was paid except $4.45 , it just refused to take my 5 bucks, eventually I got so frustrated, I just slammed the 5 down on the register and got out of there.. I made a note, to only shop there at night when the 2 super nice ladies, who work around self check out are on duty, they really are awesome! They know me by name, and they spoil my little dog (who goes everywhere with me) they carry treats with them, and he always looks for them. I think their names are Pam and Deb, or Donna, I'm terrible with names, but the main ladies that work up front around self checkout. Anyway I just can't say enough about them! There's even been a couple times over this last year that I went over my cc limit, by a couple bucks, embarrassing as it was, instead of having to put something back, Pam just whips out a couple of ones and a minute later, I was on my way!! Where are u gonna find good, genuine, people who will help a customer, they don't even know personally?? They make me feel welcome, and for that, I'll continue to shop there regularly!But only at night, you couldn't pay me to shop there during the day.”

“I went to the cricket wireless store at the Westgate Mall in Brockton to add a new service to a separate phone. When I left , I realized that the phone that I had brought in was locked and not receiving
or making outgoing calls. I went back inside and spoke with Eli, who may have been a manager . He was not only helpful but very knowledgeable about my situation! He took the time to figure out my issue and then helped me to select another phone, which I truly appreciated! Thank you Ely for all of your help and making " my day"!!!?”
“My mother's old dryer needed a switch. Everywhere I called wanted to refer me to a tech and have someone come out. I spoke to Mike over at lambco not only did he not try to upsell me or have a "tech come check it out" he was able to have that part in my hand same day 2 hours from when speaking to him on the phone. Showed up with the old part matched it up to confirm it was the right one with the right part number and I was on my way. Great customer service and it seems like an all around great place. When I walked in I was greeted immediately no standing around. Got an issue go speak to Mike over at lambco or any of the great staff they'll set you up right. Thanks again guys!”
“I would like to thank the staff here as well as the geek squad. As a layperson trying to build a PC, Austin's professionalism and depth of knowledge really helped me. He was a big assistance when I came in to run some diagnostics and pick up some more equipment. Even though the Geeksquad is overloaded with clients like me attempting to construct their own computers, Jared was kind and patient when he called me to work out some issues with the new PC. “Target stores are always bright, clean and well stocked and organized. This store is no exception. I went to get some yogurt for a friend and they had a large selection of brands, sizes and flavors. Their grocery section is about the same size as other Super Targets. The rest of the store was so neat, it was a pleasure to shop here. I used the self checkout, which was very easy !”

“Broke iphone 13 pro max screen by dropping it. I had it replaced via Assurion. Had purchased Zagg glass at my usual store in N Attleboro. Stopped in to the Mansfield Crossing location. Dan, the manager, was experienced and personable. He applied to glass perfectly. It was a little busy when I arrived: there were 3 employees on and they got to me quickly. Many thanks!”

“Went in on a Saturday. Mercedes helped me. She was incredibly patient. I was there with my distracted 13 yr old nephew and my technically challenged mom. We needed to replace both their phones. We had a lot of questions and lots of changed minds. We were just generally frustrating. Mercedes was great throughout. We got everything we wanted. We left very happy. Thank you Mercedes!”

“The Norton CVS is without a doubt the best CVS I have ever been to. There is a young lady (Julie) who works at the prescription drop-off / vaccine sign-in counter. She is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional, caring, friendly and she does whatever she can do to expedite whatever you have going on and get you moving on your way. Whenever I visit this particular CVS, I feel like I am being well cared for; like you should in a pharmacy. I have dealt with at the very least three different pharmacists face-to-face and they were all easy to interact with.
