I have been taking my dogs here for years. He absolutely is the best with the dogs and the customers. He handles the dogs as if they were his own. Absolute genuine good person. Someone you would want to be taking care of your “family member”.

I have been taking my dogs to Augie for years. My first two yorkies went there for 17 years and now I have 2 more . He makes the dogs feel calm. Gary has always been very kind to me. I know he cares about my babies.

Refused over the phone my 9 week old puppy a basic wash and nail clipping when I told him I had a Bernedoodle. Says he cant take him because he works alone?!??! My puppy has better hair than I do! Like silk! Maybe he should meet his paying customer before he is so quick to judge. Good riddance! I'll bring my overly generous tips elsewhere to someone more deserving.

We recently lost our beloved Wheaten Terrier, Charlie. Gary was Charlie's groomer for 13 years. Gary was extremely accommodating and responsive to Charlie's needs as he began to decline. Charlie loved Gary and was always excited about his visits. If you want a groomer who truly understands your pet, I highly recommend Augie Doggie. Thank you, Gary. You're the best!

I took my Dog here and though i will admit they did a good job with taking care of him. He was groomed well. The pricing was fair but not for the poor customer treatment i received. No one deserves to be spoken to in such a disrespectful manner or treated as if i am stupid upon thinking they would accept a debit card transaction. I was not told prior to picking up my dog that is was a cash only transaction. There is a better way to speak to people then shouting at them or gesturing like you are speaking to an animal. I will never return to this place and i recommend if you not to either.

Auggie Doggie is the only place for Mac. Gary takes wonderful care of him and Mac always comes home looking fabulous and Mac knows he looks good. We would never bring our dog anywhere else. The environment inside the salon is amazing. It’s calm and stress-free, perfect for anxious dogs. Strongly recommend this place to anyone who wants their pooch to come home looking like a million bucks.
