“The entire staff at Associates have always been polite and professional. My buddy Buster was there for a Tech appointment but Dr. Rosiello made time to address a few concerns I had. He truly has my pets best interest at heart. Over the past two years, Dr. Rosiello has volunteered to do several rechecks without charge. Recently, our buddy had a growth removed from his left eye. When it came time to remove it, Dr. Rosiello advised that he could do the surgery or I could have it removed in a much less intrusive/risky way. He provided that referral and sent us on our way. Buster had that growth removed without the risk or complications of surgery. Dr. Rosiello even commented how well it looked during a recent visit!!!!”

“I had to find a vet very quickly when my cat had a cardiac event and needed to be put to sleep and Boston Road Animal Clinic was EXTREMELY kind and helpful. They offered various appointments for that day the Dr. and the vet tech were so kind and patient. I was not embarrassed or ashamed of how emotional I was. I then scheduled a check-up for my other cat and they were even better. Everyone knew us by name and welcomed us upon arrival. We did not have to wait more than 2 minutes to be seen into a room. Again everyone was helpful and kind. Highly suggest!!!”

They were able to fit him in the same week. All of the staff were very friendly, patient and professional. They treated my horse so well. They were able to figure out what was wrong with him, something that our last vet should not have missed. Their prices are very fair and their clinic is extremely clean and organized. Because we are so far, we had to trailer in, but it was so worth it. I will continue to trailer my horses in and I will never use another vet again. “My cat had never been seen here and I suddenly found him extremely ill. Mendon Animal Clinic kindly took me for this emergency within one hour of my call. Unfortunately, we had to make the difficult decision to euthanize our beloved kitty. The Dr., vet techs and office staff were kind, compassionate , knowledgeable, and polite. Not many veterinarians would take on a non client so willingly for an emergency. This clinic will be my new go to for all of my future pet needs. I will be switching to them immediately for my pups. “Dr Pomfrey was excellent the only thing I wish is ,she had done the cryptococcus test there ,instead of my of at my vets. Barring a brain tumor if it was cryptococcus. I don't think my cat would have died such a violent way. Two severe seizures and I lost my babyThe delay in diagnosis, I feel if the cryptococcus blood test was done earlier she would have lived. I have to live with that , horror and pain the rest of my life. My heart is breaking it does, not make sense..???????. I feel the veterinarian's failed her”

“I can't say enough great things about Pawsteps & the amazing staff. My nephews cat was very sick, & spent 2 days trying to find a vet who would take new patients AND get her in quickly. Pawsteps was the ONLY vet that cared enough to get us RIGHT IN, within the hour, where she was so tenderly treated. Sadly, our lil fur baby had to cross the Rainbow Bridge, & I couldn't have asked for kinder, more patient, & accommodating people! They let me take as much time as I needed, to say goodbye, & gave us time to choose what we wanted for her final resting place. I know it's not our favorite thing to think about, when our pets are sick, but finances are just a part of owning/caring for a pet, so I also want to add that I was absolutely SHOCKED, & very relieved, when I saw the final bill. I thought I would've been paying twice that amount, & it STILL would've been worth it, but it was definitely an unexpected surprise. These people are WONDERFUL, so I really hope you'll give them a shot!”

My sweet boy, Hank, was born with a congenital issue that has caused him to need very specific daily treatments and a very invasive surgery to help manage the condition and prolong the quantity and quality of his life.
