I hope the corporate board at unibank sees this and understands in this moment a one size fits all policy isn’t always the best fit. After a week of almost no sleep, constant care for my immediate family as well as my uncle and grandfather, a very exhausted human wasn’t afforded kindness when it’s always free and easily given. That not only could the correct expectation have been set the first time, but employees should always be kind at a minimum and should always handle these situations with care.

I've never used this branch but they've been calling me and asking me to call them back. I called back today, but they were unable to tell me why they've been calling or connect me with the agent who called me in the first place. Honestly, I got freaked out because they asked identifying questions (which is totally reasonable to access my account information, I recognize!). Anyway, this is suspicious and I didn't like it. ):Edit: The branch has since followed up with me to clarify. Thanks for the quick response ?
