the milford brand removed oops from my checking account. i bounced a check by accident. i received no letter, no phone call saying the oops was removed. my credit took a hit! it was a mortgage payment. i never received a letter, text, call saying my mortgage did not get paid. when i questioned the milford checking account manager was so rude. im changing banks after 50 years! and, oh yeah! i had just deposited 50 thousand. putting my money somewhere else! so sad after 50 years!

Went in to open aCD. Rep Made several spelling of name mistakes during application. New level of incompetency. Left bank after 4th error. No monies given to bank
