Went in for a tax return. They said at the desk that the cost will be $98 for federal and $70 for state. At the very end my bill went up to $480 because they said only when wrapping up that it’s the cost per W2/1099/1095. So beware when going in cause you’ll pay more. $480 when you can get the same thing anywhere else for $150-200. Also they aren’t associated with the H&R Block tax prep app which the app won’t tell you

Leaked my information To an unstable employee.And on it Honestly you're better off going to Jackson Hewitt Or Liberty Mutual up the street. Staff there do a horrible job.They're more concerned with getting the appointment over with than doing their job.Not to mention every time I go someplace else I get about the same return. About a 1000 bucks. Every time I go there they have an excuse someone they're handing me a bill. And they do little to nothing to assist you or to help you find right offs or even submit right off.Do yourself a favor go someplace out so you'll get a better tax return

DO NOT GO HERE! Whitinsville location accidentally sent my tax return of $6,000 to the WRONG BANK ACCOUNT!! Someone else got my $6000! I called this location to tell them they put my money in the wrong account and they told me there is nothing they can do!! THIS LOCATION STOLE $6,000from me!!
