They are extremely accommodating, and the repair fees are always fair. They are very friendly and definitely have the family vibe. But today I need to send an extra special thank you. A friend had an alternator problem and she could not be without a car. It was towed to them without them knowing it was coming. I called them and told them I requested it to be towed there. “Just had new coilovers & rear camber arms installed on my 2016 WRX. Got ahold of Pace to schedule up an alignment ASAP as I also had recently got new tires & I didn't want to be driving on them long term without this. Most other places would of had me waiting over a week. Pace got me in less then 2 days after I called. They did a great job Communicating with me about my car. I received a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. They also went over a few other things in regards to my car. Very happy with my first time visit to Pace. Alignment feels perfect. They were super friendly & professional.”
