Terrible experience at this post office. Three days prior I have had scheduled appointments to renew passport for my kids. My wife arrived on time i was delayed 10 min however it was reserved 45 min . Emad was rude unpleasant unprofessional unwilling to help instead he was helping out his native friend without appointment. When I asked for manager he made it worse George was sarcastic unprofessional made a seen and shared the whole problem with everyone in the room, i felt embarrassed with his unprofessional sarcasm.Stay away folks, emad and George are terrible !

Our package was delivered incorrectly. Even though I'm at home, I post a delivery notice without ringing the doorbell. When I go to pick it up, the store clerk is kind. But why is delivery so bad?

Terrible USPS. African American young woman at the front desk should be fired for illegal activities and fraud within USPS as well as complete and udder disrespect towards customers. Will be traveling out of my way to go ro FEDEX.

The worst USPS i’ve ever been to. The worker today was a young woman, dark straight hair around 5’7, and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I have been paying for a P.o. box that was “closed” months ago with no warning. No one called, and have been sending all mail back to senders. We have been confused for months as to why we haven’t received mail from there and we now know they have been taking our money fraudulently. When I asked for assistance, the lady was very rude and decline from help in any way shape or form, and gave me a confusingly rude attitude about everything. Never been so confused and disrespected at a USPS. Am now choosing to take the drive to a different carrier. Find better employees or don’t waste your time here.

This post office will apparently not do anything about a known person putting trash in my mailbox. I've had to put a lock on my mailbox and this is now what I have to deal with.
