the best ulta i’ve been to yet!! the eyebrow lady did them absolutely perfect, staff is really nice and someone even color matched foundation for me! it was the wrong shade but that was my fault i should’ve tested more than one?

David was TOP NOTCH! I have the most sensitive skin and its very difficult for me to find products that work well with my skin. David asked a bunch of questions to understand my skin more, let me try the product to see how it felt on my skin, and was overall patient with the entire process. Best experience I have ever had at an ulta.

If you get any form of over stimulation from loud stores, I'd probably avoid this one. Out of all of the Ulta's I've been in, this is by far my least favorite.
The music is so loud it makes it difficult to think, let alone navigate through the aisles. My biggest issue with this location is the employees. I've been several times and my god is being miserable a hiring criteria? From the cashiers who barely look at you, let alone refuse to make the effort in handing you your bag, to the people on the floor just glaring at you and making no attempt to offer help. My favorite being the strawberry blonde woman who looked me up and down and walked away when I said "excuse me can you help me find something".
Not a fan of this spot. Maybe they all need a pizza party morale booster, cause being that miserable can't be good.

Jenna, the stylist was extremely patient and helped me revive my damaged hair. I’ll be back to take her help around the store to guide me into buying the right products. Definitely recommend their Salon services!

I had a good time there. The employees were kind and help me throughout the whole buying experience. The lady in pink hair was so helpful & patient and the young blonde cashier was very lovely and warming.

Had a salon appointment with Jenna at 4:45pm I walked in at 4:40pm and she says to either take a seat or walk around because she's late. I had somewhere to be after and factoring in Friday traffic I couldn't wait, asked if there was anybody else available and the manager offered no apologies, solutions, or suggestions. Not sure what the point of an appointment was if you're not going to keep to it.

Love this location since they remodeled it and it’s convenient because I work in the area but when I asked the cashier about the 5X the points on fragrance purchases she said she never heard of it and I asked if I needed to activate it on the app (while trying to find it on the app to try to activate it as fast as possible) and she said she would ask but still went through with the transaction before asking so when she did ask they told me I would have to return it activate it on the app and repurchase which I didn’t want to do because I was Christmas shopping around in the plaza.

They helped me find exactly what I needed for my daughter’s cheerleading makeup, and they held it for me till the next morning so I wouldn’t lose out on it!! So thankful ☺️
