It was just a game but I was happy to grab it on the way home.The store was not busy. I was poking around before I went to pick up my item at the register. I didnt have to wait long for them to bring it out from the back.Both of the clerks were friendly.”

“I bought a Schwinn 430 Elliptical from Fit Equipment. They assembled it for me too at an added cost. After about five uses it began to make a strange noise. I called Fit and they sent their techs out to resolve the problem. It took two visits but they resolve the noise issue. George and the Fit people were extremely responsive to my problem. I recommend this company 100 per cent! They stand by their products and services.”

“The staff at PR running were incredibly helpful and patient. I had to go in due to a plantar fasciitis diagnosis and had to bring my 3 young children. The staff was outstanding. They helped me find sneakers that are already helping my heel. They also were so kind in dealing with my three extra energetic children. We left a toy behind (I wasn't aware at the time) and I got a phone call, after they had closed, to let me know that they had the toy and set it aside for us. It was one of the nicest things a business has ever done. I could not recommend a business more.”

“Taking off 1 star. Please no more "booth" selling... Someone selling trips? But totally not timeshares... Ugh ..I hate this in store thing ..stopped going to BJs due to them selling cell plans when you walk in . Then Home Depot with scammy solar panel sales when you walk in ...now my favorite store to shop and be left alone .. ruined ... Trips, sales scripts.... Friggin hell.... Make it stop.”

“I needed new running sneakers, and after visiting DSW and unsuccessfully trying on 10 pairs, stopped by Marathon Sports. They specialize in sneakers and provide electronic technology for sizing and a knowledgeable staff. They offer multiple widths, D, EE, EEE etc., which is important when looking for a quality fit. The associate brought out five pairs after discussing the specifics about my running regimen, and I narrowed it down to two. To determine the best choice, I walked around with one style on the left (Brooks) and the other on my right (Asics), selecting the latter. All told about 15 minutes, and I was happily on my way with a nicely fitting sneaker.”

“Writing this review on behalf of my father Gary who is not computer savvy. he worked a gentleman named Darren over there and had purchased something for my daughter for her birthday on Christmas Eve.. When my dad when in to pick the stuff up on the 20th When he went in there they told him for whatever reason that reason that it was not going to be ready in time to which my father expressed his disappointment to Darren and told him the story about how it was a gift for my daughter who was his granddaughter who was his granddaughter who's birthday is Christmas Eve and how she always gets the short stick having a birthday so close to Xmas. Well he returned the Oxford only to get a call few hours later saying things were all set he could come get the stuff.... apparently Darren has a sister whose birthday is the 26th and could relate....so Darren saved the Xmas birthday”

“My 2 year old daughter was so excited they had toy story sneakers! The employee's were so kind and understood that once she tried them off they weren't coming off. She kept telling the young man who was on the floor about her woody and buzz shoes and he was so sweet to her and showed her the same enthusiasm in return. It was the first time I had taken her out to buy shoes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. “This was the best boot fitting experience we've ever had! My boyfriend is learning to ski this winter, so we opted to rent skis for the season and wanted to make sure they fit properly. Alexis, the associate we had our appointment with, was both friendly and knowledgeable. She walked us through the fitting, answered our questions, and made sure the whole process was very efficient. The rest of the staff was also very pleasant. The skis are great quality and affordable - will definitely be renting from this location next season.”
