“Estes was the delivery company for a shipment I was expecting. I got a text message with a delivery day and a time frame for the shipment. Signature required. Then I got a phone call and a voice mail with a slightly different time...well, OK. Anyhow the shipment was late close close to 2 hours, on a Friday afternoon after we pushed our plans off schedule. The driver was nice though, and had lots of stops...”

“Craters & Freighters recently packed and shipped on my behalf over 200 pounds of classic electronic equipment made in 1985. The manufacturer of this equipment is no longer in business, so parts are no longer available, especially the custom made, high precision O.E.M. mechanical parts. If something got bent or broken in shipping, the devices would have been a total loss. Craters & Freighters did an outstanding job. Packing was superb and the equipment traveled without a scratch. Highly recommended!”

“Monro Brake and Tire in Stoughton MA gets a lot of deliveries by truck. I have yet to meet a more professional, outgoing and engaging driver as David Medina out of Southborough Ma Depot. It is no surprise that one of my customers who gets shipments from David knew him by name when he saw him at my store. Initially I was perplexed on how David was going to get my delivery off his truck but quickly realized through his cool calm and collect demeanor that all I needed to do is watch him work his magic. I look forward to the next time I have the pleasure of getting another delivery from David and UPS.”

“100% recommend coming to this location for easy seamless mailing! The service here was absolutely amazing! I had just come from doing some whole foods Amazon returns, but I had one that was intended to go through UPS. When I got there I realized that that was a little bit too big for me to carry by myself. The guys at the shop were able to help me not only get it out of my car and into the store, but were able to do the taping and made this an absolutely seamless return. The location was easy to find and the parking was right next to it. Would recommend to my friends, and I will definitely be using this UPS store to do my mailing and returns moving forward.”

“I often have errands, however the difference is when I go to my post office in Sterling it feels as if I'm truly welcome. The people there work so hard, handling the occasional long lines so proficiently, all the while being polite and making sure that someone who is in the line gets to hand them what they came for. They seem to know EVERYONE who comes in by name. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the evident camaraderie. I have lived in Sterling for 39 years and have never had a negative experience there.”
“Henry was great. He helped me create my new business cards and when I realized I messed something up on it (my own fault for not noticing) he had no problem making me new ones. The crating must be seen to be believed.Communication along the way was extremely prompt. “I am so impressed by the customer service I experienced at this location. I am a vendor in the Chicago suburbs and had a customer claim she didn't receive her package a week and 2 days after it was delivered and was also asking for a refund. I called this location (as it was her local USPS) and the manager/post master (I assume) was so pleasant and kind. He looked up the GPS coordinates with the tracking number, which determined the package in question was DELIVERED to the correct location at the time of the scan. He even took the time out of his day to drive to the location for me and check to see if it was still in the package lockers which are locked (which it wasn't).If you are not a vendor that ships solely through USPS, you may not understand how REFRESHING it is to receive superb customer service like this...especially from hundreds of miles away. It helped me decide how to approach my customer in regards to a refund. Luckily, after I sent her an email that he had driven out there and could not locate the "missing package" and the GPS coordinates confirmed it was not mis-delivered, it miraculously appeared. How bout dat?Thank you! You are a kind, sweet soul and you deserve recognition for going above and beyond for me. So much appreciation for you!”

“Good experience there. Clean store. I used FedEx mobile app to generate shipping order and label. Printed label at home. The only reason to go to the store in person is to get a FedEx envelope for shipping my document.The overnight shipping was supposed to arrive at New York City destination before 12pm/noon, they missed the time and delivery was late for about 15 minutes, not a big deal. Happy with the tracking status and update/notification in the mobile app.”

“I use this store for all of my shipping needs. The staff members are knowledgeable and helpful. At Christmas time, I usually mail off 20-25 packages. They always arrive on time. In addition, I recently had a dilemma. I was going on vacation in Florida and needed my tennis racquet because I was playing in several matches. I did not want to risk packing my racquet for fear it would be damaged and I did not have time to buy a new racquet down there before the tennis match. Shrewsbury UPS wrapped and boxed my favorite tennis racquet and the racquet arrived in Florida the day before I arrived. Yay, UPS. Let's hope I score a winner on the court like you did on shipping.”

“Excellent service! I was a few minutes late after the office closed on a Saturday afternoon. Not knowing what to do with the package and preprinted label I checked with an employee who was still outside. She went above and beyond her duty, went back in and got me the address label pocket for me to put the label on and showed me where to drop the package. Highly recommended!”
