I had the best massage experience with Tan. This was my second trip to Serenity and I loved it as much as the first time. Tan gave me a wonderful hot stone foot massage. The pedicure and mani trim was done well which is particularly important to me as I prefer to go natural with no colored polish.I will definitely be going in again. Nicole C., Northboro

After being a customer for months and months I was so upset when the owner continued to lie to me several times about overbooking and that no one was available to do my nails when I made an appointment. I was on my lunch hour and was asked to wait over an hour before being told no one could take me. They only want only money and don't care about their customers. Don't let you fool you with all their compliments and antics!

This was the worst nail experience I have ever had. Maria cut into the skin beyond my cuticles, causing 4 of them to bleed, and did not stop when I complained of pain. She then blamed this on my "dark skin", which does not make sense as it is even easier to distinguish between my cuticle and my skin as they are more contrasted than in people will lighter skin. Regardless, any nail tech should be able to do nails on people of any color, and not blame their skin color for a job badly done. She then proceeded to put acetone and use a nail file right on the area that was bleeding, causing a lot of pain, as well as push and pull the skin that she had cut throughout the process. The polish itself was not well done, is uneven and contains a hair in it. She said she could do nail art that came out looking not much like a flower but more like a blob. Any time I had a preference, she seemed irritated by it and questioned it. My nail beds are currently burning 2 hours later, and I am about to go buy Neosporin as I am sure that given how much she touched the open wounds with her hands and the used nail file, there is a high chance of infection. I wish I could give this experience 0 stars.

I was wondering why it wasnt busy on a Sunday till I was done... Tan was lovely to chat with but I would never go back. My nails are not files properly, edges are not painted and the gel is VERY thick on some parts. For 50$ for a fill, I expected much better. I am very disappointed in them. I also tipped 20% and was asked if I was going to leave more of a tip in cash???

Good work on the pedi and mani. Loved Maria, she is very gentle and gets rid of all the unwanted yucky dead skin on the toes.

Everyone who worked here was great, But my nails were not they were lopsided and much longer than I asked for, they used unclean tools, and my nails are all different shapes. Overall I give this place one star.

Ideally, I would give this salon 3.5 stars. It's accessible to where I live. The salon atmosphere is pleasant, as well as the people. However, I had to wait about 30 minutes when I arrived on time for my appointment. There was also some miscommunication when it comes to the services provided. I had trouble understanding their accents, but that is something I can compensate for. Some manicurists were not born in the United States, never the less, we appreciate you! I asked for a swirl-nail design using two colors. I showed my manicurist a Pinterest photo, and I was told there would be no problem. What followed was an extended appointment full of confusion. First, they have a limited color spectrum that did not fit my request. The color options were bright and opaque, not the thicker gel polish. Two manicurists struggled for about 45 minutes to figure out the right technique. It was stressful and lengthy waiting, as they redid their work over and over. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the technique or colors of my nails in the end result. The price point seemed okay, nothing concerning. In summary, the other services seemed straightforward. But I do not recommend asking for any free-hand nail designs.

Best nail salon in the area. If you are looking for a peaceful experience come here. The woman are sweet and do a great job with all types of manicures. The pedicures are amazing. Try one of the deluxe pedis and you won't be sorry.

Went in on a Sunday and I asked if I could get a manicure. She kept saying mani pedi. I told her again, just a manicure. Then she said she didn't have the time. So she had the time if I was getting a manicure and a pedicure? That was my first and last time going there.

I'm so happy I found serenity nails! The service is unbeatable, and the pricing is far more fair than some other options in town. They accept walk ins and reservations. Tan is super skilled at making some really elaborate designs. I go for a more basic style because I'm hard on my hands, but I'm always so impressed how well they hold up. When I was going to another salon in town, I was having nails pop off and break all the time. When I would go they would ask if I went there for the manicure in the first place. Tan, Maria, and Anna always remember you and stand by their work. I am so happy to go to serenity and wish I started sooner!

Nails look horrendous! They are bumpy and look super ugly. Maria was the one who did mine. The only other tech there that did my friends nails was great. Her name was anna. lol lol

I just wanted to start of by saying the staff at this location are very sweet and nice but they did a really bad job with my nails. They didn't cut cuticles properly or shape the nail to my desire which I requested square. I got both a pedicure and gel manicure. My toe nails are not filed properly and there's paint smere on my cuticles.
