***** Serenity Nails & Spa in Northborough MA is top notch! Tan is the most talented nail tech and a wonderful person! The Gelx is the best I’ve had. They last quite some time and are the strongest. The nail art that Tan does is spectacular. My nails and toes always compliment each other. My favorite pedicure is done with hot stones and oils. I leave completely relaxed, satisfied and thrilled with my nails! Five Stars hands down *****

Serenity Spa has a very restful vibe, with relaxing, soothing music. This made it a restorative escape, which left me feeling peaceful and revitalized at the end of my appointment. I was also impressed at how clean the salon is... all the tools at my station were immaculate (files, grinding bits, etc, etc) Tan, the owner, is very welcoming and kind. She kept her salon open one night simply to remove a set of dip nails for me. This was so kind of her. I look forward to visiting Serenity Nails and Spa again soon!

Had the worst ever experience. I’m still in disbelief. After a 20-minute wait, the owner proceeded to use an electric file to get the gel polish off my nails, which was incredibly painful and left divets in my nails. Didn’t even bother to cut my cuticles, though maybe that was for the best. Agree with other reviewers that they don’t seem to sanitize their tools. Not only does the gel polish job look terrible, it’s already chipped after less than 2 days.

Just had the green tea and lemongrass pedicure. This was one of the most luxurious and relaxing pedicures I have ever had! I have very dry rough skin on my heels and my technician spent extra time on that area. I can’t believe how soft my feet are. I also love that, unlike most nail salons, this one was void of both a TV and strong chemical smell. They played relaxing instrumental music and the lighting was very soft. A true spa experience!

I would highly recommend this salon. The Staff is incredibly professional, innovative, proactive, and they pay attention to detail. The salon is pristine and service and therapy dog friendlydogfriendly. I rate the salon as EXCEPTIONAL and am grateful for Anna and the rest of the staff for proving a positive experience at every visit.

After being a customer for months and months I was so upset when the owner continued to lie to me several times about overbooking and that no one was available to do my nails when I made an appointment. I was on my lunch hour and was asked to wait over an hour before being told no one could take me. They only want only money and don't care about their customers. Don't let you fool you with all their compliments and antics!
