“I called and asked if they could take my dog today, last minute, for a clip and bath. The young woman was very friendly on the phone and said to come up. I was pleasantly surprised at the atmosphere and the greeting., very different from one of their other locations. They were awesome, they did an awesome job and I forgot to tip, which I'll be making sure that is taken care of tomorrow! Thank you for a great experience!”

If you go to Tony's he will help and explain everything and only sell you what's needed and no extra stuff to make more money. He even threw in a free bag of cat treats when I was checking out. “Gosh, what great people and a great operation! We showed up and took home our brindle greyhound rescue named Turner. Staff made sure we went home with a proper leash (I'd foolishly bought a retractable one) and proper awareness of his needs including meds. Their adoption application really shows that they're serious about making sure their foster dogs go home with committed owners. <3”

“This PetSmart is really good if your looking for an easy in and out shopping experience. The crickets are kept pre bagged (and actually alive!). You could also ask an employee to get you crickets as well. Good selection of tanks for fish as well as food and medicine. Bonus points for the cats, they seemed well cared for. Staff is also incredibly friendly.”

“My boyfriend brought our dog here for grooming and the groomer was amazing. She explained to us how our dogs coat grows and what would work best for her when it comes to brushing. The haircut came out perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better groomer who takes the time to explains things and keeps us upgraded during the groom! Kelley did amazing”

“Just took our newly adopted dog here to get updated on all her vaccines as our vet is very backed up. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews because our experience was fantastic. The 2 staff that checked us in were very thorough. They checked over all of her medical paperwork from her adoption and explained options. I told her we had a vet appointment in 3 weeks and she gave me the option to have her boosters for the vaccines with our vet or to come back to Vetco. There was no pressure either way. Once we saw the vet she provided an exam and explained everything. I felt the process was easy and the staff were all very professional. I think this is a great alternative for anyone having a tough time getting an appointment with their local vet or looking for affordable vaccines for their pet”
