“A humble facility, but staffed with great people. Just after Christmas I developed a slow leak in my Audi’s tire. The folks fixed the leak in less than 10 minutes and didn’t charge a dime!!!
Today I got 4 new tires on my Dodge Ram, they ]got them on and balanced in about 20 minutes. Plus’s a free lug nut check in 2-3 days.

“I started going here 2 years ago. With a couple of older vehicles between my wife and I, we've had more repairs that we would care to admit, but have had an overall positive experience.
Pros - They have a front desk and the woman who usually staffs it is helpful and very knowledgeable, they take appointments and generally can take you within a day or two if you're willing to give them the car for the day, they're transparent about pricing, and the mechanic usually calls to discuss any work and the estimate before proceeding. We've had no surprise charges or unwanted work done. They also do inspections. We also had a repair issue that needed to be repeated and they honored the warranty for the very expensive part with no questions. Overall they're very communicative and transparent.
Cons - Sometimes they require a deposit for a part. They usually close right at 5pm and are closed on weekends.
We'll continue to go back and have been pretty happy and satisfied to date.”

“I was on my way back to Boston to get an Oil Change and On the route back, I spotted Valvoline at the light, turned in, no wait time, I pulled right in. the gentleman who guided me in was very professional, then the manager I can't think of her name stop to talk with me about the things I needed to get done and she was correct because I was just talking with the dealer about those things she had mentioned. she is very professional, very knowledgeable about products and services, she even gave me advice about the hatch lift of my SUV and it was impressive to see and hear from a woman who knows her stuff. My granddaughter (age 5) sat in the back and she even found time to give her some attention and that was very important to me because she took a little time to engage and acknowledge her.
One thing they did for get was to print the sticker to put in the window for the next oil change..
I was very please with the service at this location and will travel that way again when one is needed.”

I get an oil change every month with my business vehicles and therefore have many uncomfortable encounters at various car shops under my belt. Unfortunately including this location, but Groupon deals keep luring me in. (I don’t believe that person who was responsible works here anymore) I’ve always loved when I get Mel, as they don’t push me on buying anything additional, and always explain anything I have a question about. This past time I came, I noticed the majority of people working were women/nonbinary folk and I’ve never been more comfortable!”
“I love coming to Valvoline on Lincoln Street. The employees are very nice and professional. They always educate me on my vehicle and help me make the proper decision s as what to prioritize. I have been coming here for many years. This particular location is preferred. Juan was great to work with and i will be back again!”
