“Hired Dale to install a Husqvarna Automower. Wasn't sure if it would work and was a little hesitant. Dale has some solid experience with these machines and installed everything in my complex yard to ensure it would work flawlessly, which it does. It is great to get the personal and hands on support for a job like this. He buried the wire, set up the app and the mower does it's job. Really impressive technology and very happy to have hired Dimecos. Office staff was friendly and prompt as well. All questions answered to my satisfaction each step of the way. Highly recommend!”

“My first visit here to this magical hidden gem! I was delighted to find the holiday shop in full swing. This girl loves some Christmas! The decor was inspiring and absolutely beautiful. They know how to use their space and take advantage of every inch, without being cluttered or tacky. There is so much to see in the main room that I walked around twice. Several full size trees were decorated with different themes. Ornaments galore to suit anybody's taste. Then, I headed to the greenhouse. First, though, I had to pass thru a magical room filled with an array of lighted, sparkling snow globes! Magical. The next room was wall to all swags and wreaths - all shapes and sizes. Finally, I reached the greenhouse, which did not disappoint. It was much less about Christmas, but filled with beautiful plants, succulents and other garden delights and decor. The staff was friendly, greeting me warmly and answering questions freely. There was even a nice pair of restrooms available. I purchased a small trinket for a gift and the checkout was pleasant. They have a rewards program, which was explained briefly and I was registered in no time. Instantly, I had coupons in hand for future visits. My gift was lovingly wrapped and bagged. I lingered outdoors to enjoy some tastefully arranged decorations and a small collection of live trees. The outdoor area was largely unused in this post-growing season visit, but I could easily imagine how lovely it must be in spring and summer! I'll be back to find out!”
“We rented a Brush Hog for a weekend as well as purchased a pallet of salt with our neighbors. Everyone was very helpful and professional even though they were short staffed at the moment. We will be using them again for sure!”
“I popped into this nursery for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! The owners are a sweet elderly couple who are very friendly and immediately ready to help upon your arrival. They have everything from out door landscaping plants, to indoor potted plants to everything you may need to take care of plants and even decor for your garden and house. They have a wide variety of indoor plants and the cutest pots and vessels to put them in! Francine was very knowledgeable about the indoor plants and her husband was very knowledgeable about the outdoor plants. They recently got a shipment in of more rare indoor plants including little thai constellations and Shiveriana moonshine. They had huge boxes that were about to be unpacked full of all sorts of beautiful pots to put your plants in too with regular shipments of new plants and pots and decor. They are decently priced as well. I highly recommend you swing in and wander around! The place is much bigger than you expect!”

“What a store! This is a real American mans heaven on earth. When I die take me to home depot in Marlborough Massachusetts. ELECTRIC! All the wood I could ever ask for and the associates are not handsy or flamboyant. The Johnny Cash flowing over the radio got the mood RIGHT! Not to name names, but this store sure is a lot better than some OTHERS in the area. Gets the night going! I love beer, trucks, women and HOME DEPOT!Could use a store cat, Dale Greenland”

“Today went in to check out some Polywood Curveback Adirondack chairs for our Fire-pit area. Found it, sat in it and really like it. Went inside to get some help finding more. Nancy the customer service person really went out of her way to help me locate the chairs. Home Depot only had 2 grey available then I would have to order 4 more. It just made sense to just place the order through customer service for all chairs. Nancy stayed with me through the whole order just making sure I got what I wanted. She really made my experience at Home Depot a positive one. Cannot wait for these chairs to come it and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you, Nancy look forward to seeing you again soon.”

“Most if the store seems very well organized and well stocked although some of their product seems to be relatively slow to restock when it runs out. I wish they had a better spray paint supply as well.Employees are all very friendly and helpful. I have had zero negative experience with employees and they have all gone out if their way to help and talk with me, especially the ones working self checkout and the paint department.The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 for me is the lack of employees. There are times where it can be difficult to find anyone that isn't stationed at self checkout.”

“This rating is for the staff that work at Lowes in Worcester, MA. The Lowes company need improvement when it comes to how they want managers to handle their third party deliveries. That said, the staff that works at the Worcester store are terrific. After we had been bumped from the appointed delivery day, Jeremiah not only came through with a solid delivery time (that required talking directly to the person making the delivery) but also substituted a better quality product for us when he noticed that one item was no longer in stock. Jeremiah also called me three hours after the delivery was supposed to be made just to make sure the job was completed and done well. Bravo, Jeremiah. Berenice, a clerk at the Pro Shop entrance, was extremely helpful directing me to were to go and who to speak with. She also noticed I was quite stressed, turned to me and asked, "Do you need a hug?" Her hug made me smile and helped turn my day around. Thank you Berenice!”
