I went to MinuteClinic for a lingering cough/chest congestion from COVID. I was seen right away and given a cough suppressant and inhaler that has been very helpful for my coughing fits. Glad I didn’t have to travel and hour to my PCP. Definitely would recommend!

If you want to pay money for nothing this is good option for you. A month ago, I made an appointment for the concrete service in Minute clinic. When I made appointment, I choose the concrete service what I need. When I arrived at the doctor Office, doctor told me that they don t have this service but on the website the service WAS AVAILABLE! Today I received bill from Minute clinic for "preventative" medicine. I called the billing office, and I asked why I need to pay money for service that I not needed. And I want to dispute this bill. They answered me "this is just $25 after insurance"! And for me doesn't matter how much does it cost! I just not want to pay for a service for which I did not make an appointment and spend my time for nothing! I recommend avoiding Minute clinic!

What a terrible experience! I was in town on 7/20/22 from Texas. I lost my voice, my ears hurt and my throat hurt. I made an appointment online the night before. I showed up ten minutes early for my appointment. I signed in on the kiosk and waited. I observed two exam room doors and over time noticed two female employees constantly going back and forth from room to room. I wondered why. Finally one of the females called me in. It was easy to bring all of my meds with me since I had them for travel. She was so happy I had brought them and she went through each one looking at the screen and hand writing some kind of list. It took awhile but it had to be done. She ended up administering a Covid test and a strep test based on my complaints. She told me the tests would take ten minutes to get results and then I would see the Nurse Practitioner Catherine Cushman. After 15 mins of watching other patients coming and going the NP walked out and asked me if I had checked in on the kiosk. I had been here an hour by now. I said yes, I'm just waiting to see you. She said well test results take 15 minutes. (So she knew I had already checked in) Finally she calls me in and wants to start with my medications. I told her it should all be in as we just went through that. She said it was her responsibility to determine if it's all correct. So again she asks me questions the tech has already gone through. I've now been here an hour and ten minutes and we have gotten no further? She, the NP says, I'm not sure I can help you if you are not willing to go over your meds. I said, name the med and I will say yes or no if I'm on it. I was mad at this point. After we got through meds she said,"Ok besides bee pollen what else are you allergic to?" I replied that I'm not allergic to bee pollen where did that come from? She took offense and said," Ma'am I'm just reading what is in your record, I didn't write it." I told her I don't care who typed it, it is incorrect and what else may be wrong with my record. She then explained that the tech can not enter or delete meds from the computer, only the NP can. Wow. What a waste of my time. Next she finally looked at my ears and said there was so much wax she couldn't see my eardrum. She told me to buy Debrox and clean the wax out. Negative results on my two tests - isn't that great she asked? Fast forward one week. I am back in north TX and my ears are worse. I went to Texas Health Breeze urgent care. I did all paperwork online before arrival to include my medications. I walked in at 1pm. At 1:30pm I was walking out with a bottle of Augmentin for the fluid behind my eardrum and a suggestion that my allergy meds had stopped working and I should change to another brand. At 1:31pm I swallowed my first pill of my RX!!!!!! That's how it's supposed to work. Shame on CVS Minute Clinic MA 704 and Catherine Cushman, who should have cleaned out my ears so she could then observe my eardrum. I could easily have ruptured my eardrum flying home. And shame on Catherine Cushman NP for making me feel bad for getting angry at the ineptitude I dealt with when I came to your clinic for help.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative star rating I would. For months the pharmacist there has made errors on my daughter's meds. Not average run of the mill prescriptions but insulin. Something she has to have to LIVE. The first time they gave her a months supply on a three month prescription, charged her for a three month refill. Then when she went to refill it after a month they told her It was too soon. Even though they shorted her two months. I had to go in and explain their negligence upon which time they realized their mistake. Getting an apology from the pharmacist was like pulling teeth. Get off your high horse. YOU made the mistake. Tonight, I went to collect her other insulin and was told it was $388 for a month's supply. Last month it was $25. Nothing on her end changed. Same insurance. I asked what the issue was and they said they forgot to submit it to insurance so to the back of the line I went while they re-processed it (i had been in line waiting already for close to 30 minutes). I have never seen such incompetence in my life. Shame on you CVS for allowing this to continue. It never changes. These are people's lives. I'll be contacting your corporate office tomorrow and complaining about your gross negligence. Your pharmacist should have her license revoked. My next step is to contact the Massachusetts Department of Public Health Bureau of Health Professions Licensure office and file a complaint as well. Additionally, the way the pharmacist spoke to the elderly gentleman In line tonight was deplorable. Do your damned job. Answer your phone when customers call. I shouldn't have to drive there to speak with someone because you don't. Once again, do your job.

Registered online and booked 10:40 slot. Despite of that had to wait 40 min to get a flu shot.

They wasted my time. Other members of my family received flu shots at this CVS this week. I went there on my lunch break (1pm) to get one for myself. Stand line line. Provide ID, health insurance info ... then I'm told they can't do it. Go to the Minute Clinic next door. They have the supply, but there computer told them to do something else. Not will to try to figure out why my experience is inconsistent with that of 3 other members of my family. "the computer says ...". Problem is Minute Clinic is on lunch break until 2pm. CVS ... don't waste my time. People are supposed to solve problem, not repeat what the computer said. I'll be giving Walgreens my business for the foreseeable future.

I am a former store manager at Toy R Us so I know what it is like to be very busy especially at Christmas time. The people in the pharmacy work every day like it's Christmas time. They are well trained and work like a well oiled machine.every day is like Christmas time there!! Of course the pharmacy is managed very efficiently by the pharmacy manager Stacey.she always has a smile on her face for the customers. She does her job very well !! Of course she could use additional help but but she has put together a very good team. They are all very pleasant to deal with. Yes, you sometimes get lines at register but considering the amount of customers she services per hour , this is to be expected. I always use the drive up window and never wait. GREAT JOB PHARMACY TEAM. The store manager is Dave Hathaway and it is run very well. The sales people are very friendly and are always happy to help. The store always is full and I always find what I want.the entire store team should be commended for the job they do !! Pharmacy, without any explanation or notice to me, changed my prescription from a 90 day supply to a 30 day supply, and then said that I must have changed it, despite my telling them repeatedly that I wouldn't know how to even if I wanted to. Miss "I can do no wrong" blamed it on me. Changed pharmacies that day.

Okay... The store is clean, stocked, and well organized... I can't speak for the pharmacy because I never use it. I will say though that this place could seriously benefit from having a self check out kiosk. It seems really understaffed, and the check out is always slow as molasses. Now before anyone goes blaming the cashier, let me clarify: I think it's the equipment. No matter whose manning the station, it's still slow.

Found their pharmacy staff to be mostly good but their front cashiers/staff are not so good. Today there were empty boxes where the candy bars I wanted should be. I asked about restocking the empties and was told the supplier hadnt delivered. I asked another employee and she restocked.

Head day time pharmacist assumes if you are on a narcotic, you deserve a lecture. Don't know her name but tall with med length black hair. I know in the past a pharmacist left because of her bossy attitude. If an MD prescribes a narcotic, you fill it without a lecture. I didn't ask to fracture my ribs. I left this CVS 6 months ago and get my meds filled from Rite aid. Nicer staff and non judgmental staff. Nobody deserves to go to their pharmacy and feel ousted or lectured
