My daughter and i had pedicure appointments for 1:00. 3 other woman walked in at the same time. Those three ladies were serviced immediately. My daughter and I waited an hour with our feet soaking before anyone started our pedicures. At that point our feet looked liked prunes and the water was ice cold. I asked to speak to the manager she never came over. This is extremely poor service and I will never go back.

First time here. Had to wait long despite getting an appointment. It was so crazy that customers were asked to move seats multiple times. Employees were doing multiple clients at the same time; transferring from client to client. There was no attention to customers; they weren't even talking to us. They were talking Non-Stop in their language (which I don't mind, except that they talked non- stop, without even talking to their clients)! I think they took more customers than they can handle. I still tipped... but come to think of it, maybe I should not have. So they learn that customer service should be good to merit a tip. Not going back!

Kevin Tan did incredible on my nails! They turned out just how I wanted and he was overall very kind! The environment was very relaxing and felt like a nice treat!

They do a great job but lately appointments don't matter. I always make an appointment and still have to wait 30-45 minutes

Thao is amazing, I have long nails and she does dip that looks beautiful and keeps them strong. She never rushes removal and my nails stay gorgeous. Super nice and lovely to chat with. Everyone in the salon is kind and it is very clean. 15/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lux Nails Westborough is fabulous. I get a dip manicure with Thao and a gel pedicure with Susan. I have been a customer almost 6 years. The services are outstanding. The facility is very modern and clean. They offer a wide variety of polishes and services. The prices are very reasonable. It’s worth it for me to drive from Framingham to Westborough. I honestly don’t want to go anywhere else. I can always count on them to make my finger and toe nails look spectacular. They take their time. Each client is treated with kindness and courtesy. They are very grateful for your business. I have never been disappointed and always look forward to an upcoming service.

Cut my skin while doing toes, and then tried to stop bleeding with a used towel. Once the bleeding would not stop they literally just painted a clear coat over it. Very unhygienic, would not recommend. Also saw them use a tool on a client and then pass it over to use it on someone else without cleaning it whatsoever. Looks like a clean place but definitely is not.

I am always more than satisfied when I go to Lux in Northborough - been a client for 2 years. I like all the nail techs who have done my nails, but I love Anna & Rose for dip manicures and Lena for wonderful pedicures! Dona did my dip and Christmas nail art tonight and she did a terrific job using my inspiration photo to create a beautiful design. The nail salon is clean and prices are fair.
