Not the best Kohl's. Lots of empty racks and space. Very warm and humid in the store. Didn't find anything I was looking for. Go to a different Kohl's.

Went here yesterday, 4-5-24, with my family to this Khols store , we used to shop here often.
This store looks like they are going out of business and hasn't told anyone about it , or they are remodeling this Khols location. In addition, when entering the store , I instantly noticed they pulled out all of their jewelry from the jewelry department. There's absolutely nothing in the glass cases,as well as there signage was gone. There were a lot of " empty spaces " in many parts of the store . In the young man's department, there was like 40 ft of complete " empty space " they had a lot of ( pasted seasons clothing from who knows what year from atlease 2 year's ago) . Alot of dated clothing. They also closed - off the women's fitting women in the front of the store) , and I noticed that they'd closed off Boy's Fitting rooms . And I believe that they closed 1 more fitting in the store. The only fitting room is in the middle of the store. This was very disappointing coming here yesterday. We used to frequently shop at this location alot over the years.
*** One of the biggest problems we'd encounter was the lights were flickering 15 minutes prior to closing , after they made the announcement, the lights instantly started to flicker , we got they impression they wanted us to leave. Absolutely rude , there wasn't hardly anyone in the store ,we couldn't see anyone in the store shopping. We walked out, getting nothing here, kind of sad . The staff / employees didn't greet us when coming in they were kind of rude . *** This used to be a good store with a lot to offer and usually had a good clearance selection throughout the store. This store used to be about( 4 - 4.5 out of 5 stars ) , " NOT" ,anymore this is barely a 1 star store. Exactly, it doesn't even deserve a star . Used to be one of our favorite shops ,that wasn't too many years ago. Now it's very sad, in addition to shopping up here isn't as exciting as once before. Times certainty have changed, if you are Handicap or vision Impaired or disabled walking out of the store to go to your car it's (extremely dark) Minimum lighting, not just Khol's all of the shops up there the lights were poor. They should do something about that for the safety of the customers and staff/ employees that work up there. Overall horrible ? experience up here! I really hope this store improves soon so I can change the review to a better review . Wish I'd remembered to take pictures, but not much too see anyway....

Had a great shopping experience recently at Kohl’s Northborough. The associate Sony who helped us was very professional and she and the manager Robert, were extremely polite and helpful. Great customer service.
