Why is it when I am waiting for a package it moves right along until it hits the Northbourough office..and then just sits there with no delivery date until I call to complain?? I am sick of this poor delivery service and will pay xtra in future to use any other delivery service except Fedex!

Literally the Bermuda Triangle of places for packages to get trapped for weeks at a time this place should be shut down.I pray my packages don’t stop there and when they do I know I won’t see them for at least a week or so.as of right now I have a package that’s been there 5 days already like does anyone work in this place or does one truck do all the deliveries smh
