Their pharmacy used to be a good one but nowadays they are just horrible with service. Every time you try to pick up a prescription there is some sort of error and it takes over an hour to fix it with an attitude. Please skip this place altogether

Lily and Jay and the Entire staff at Northboro CVS are the Best I will truly Miss them All when I move at the end of the month..

This is more for the cvs clinic experience. I had an appointment for getting my ears checked at 5.30 in the evening. I was late by 10 mins due to traffic. I reach there and click on check in, my appointment is cancelled as a no show!! Lady was having her dinner and refused to see me saying not enough time to even check my ear?? And there was no sms or email about cancelling my appointment on me too!!Very unprofessional attitude shown by the medical professional. Would not recommend it and will never book another appt at this cvs.

I'm adding a five star review because honestly I've never had an issue with this CVS and I have always liked the staff there. I think most of the one star reviewers here mostly just have ridiculous expectations or have never been to a pharmacy before, because wait times are sometimes necessary when you have a system that's absolutely stressed to its limits and for the most part my prescriptions are always there immediately when I pick them up.Plus, I love the pharmacist that I normally see there. She is really friendly and knowledgeable even with the high stress levels of the room, and I think Kumar can be a bit of a straight shooter with his communication but I never found him to be rude at all. CVS isn't a perfect company but I've always been happy with the Northborough location.

Worse phone customer service I ever heard. My husband was calling for info regarding his pills and the women actually yelled at him. So rude !!!

It was a good choice, I'm moving to another city, my pick-ups because there's always a problem, they send me confirmation and it's not ready. Yesterday, I had COVID-19 and I had to go inside the store because they closed the outside window to deliver medicines and today they sent it. I get confirmation of my son's medication at 6:30 and I arrive at the pharmacy and I still have to wait 20 minutes because it wasn't ready...

The worst pharmacy quite possibly ever. If I had the option to give a half of a star I would. Don't even bother to try to get a question answered from this place. They literally put you on hold and leave you there and don't ever let you talk to an actual pharmacist. Not sure why a pharmacy would care that little about their customers that they refuse to pick up the phone.

Second time in two weeks I've needed to pick up antibiotics here. And second time in 2 weeks that it said it would be ready for pickup and it was not. Why even give the pickup time if it's not going to be ready?

Their virtual assistant when you call in is useless. Seems like AI has a long to go. Meanwhile we all suffer. While they save man hours through automation we waste our own time.

I came onto Yelp to check if it was just a fluke, but it seems that terrible service at the Northboro CVS is the baseline. They pharmacist I saw was RUDE, no excuse even if rushed or overworked. They also messed up my medication, and after I waited 40 mins in the line, they just shrugged like it was not any issue they'd care about. They are horrible, inefficient, snotty, and thankfully Wegman's has a pharmacy to switch to.

This place needs to hire people! There's only 1 pharmacist doing the job of 3, causing a delay in script fills. The man cashing out customers is very rude!
