I used to go here every weekday morning (until today) and 3/5 times they are out of regular ice coffee and only have Bold. Also out of lots of products like Zyn nicotine pouches for example (been out all week) stating that there's a 'back-order at Zyn and all of the Cumberland Farms are having issues'.. uhm, no.. I've been to 2 other Cumbies since and they are fully stocked. My guess it's due to poor management.. the staff are also not friendly in the morning. No Good Morning when you walk in like you get at other Cumbies.. for being in such a nice town like Northborough, I'm surprised.. if it was like Grafton St. Worcester I'd understand. I've since taken my business elsewhere due to this location being unreliable.

Rude employees when I told them the tire inflation machine didn’t read .50 cents they told me they weren’t going to do anything about it and made fun of me saying “you should know all machines only take quarters” which it doesn’t say that at all on the machine

Probably the most miss managed Cumberland Farms in the state, despite having an extra 4 people besides the cashier who was trying to keep up with food and scanning a coke order, the other 4 including the manger were just standing around not doing anything remotely helpful despite the fact that they been stealing employees from every other store around and the other stores manage to run with one or two people

This company will work one person to the bone literally while the manager never even shows up for work and weighs over 350lbs, all the other employees spend hours on their phone, in the bathroom , or wandering around acting important. They rely on the work ethic of one or two people just make the entire store run smoothly. They throw away thousands of dollars worth of good product DAILY, They don't recycle, or even donate to good causes. I worked with them for 5 years and never saw even one product donated, one plastic bottle recycled, one metal object recycled, they produce 100s of pounds of trash EVERY 8 HOURS, AND THEY FIRE anyone who tries to do differently. If you are poor, go to their cans, they have plenty of good stuff in there.. Thousands of dollars of Food that isn't expired just because it's not in their plans for how the shelves should look.

It used to be an interesting place and our favorite. Until one day the manager "Steve" suspected that we were doing a shoplift because we were Latin, even after the police search, nothing was found, he started to refuse to sell to us for "having stolen the gas station".

Place a joke you have 3 people onan Sunday weee they all stand register doing nothing waste HR and payroll then you have Rude Employee named Kaitlyn who talks trash argues with every one cumbees really went down hill since EG took over I guess they just hire any one now ?

I saw some of the negative reviews for this store, but I’ve been going here for a while so I thought they were exaggerating! I went to buy a sandwich the other day and wanted to make sure I wasn’t going to get sick from expired food. However, I couldn’t find a date on any of the sandwiches? How can they tell when things are expiring if they’re not dating the food??? Someone is going to get really sick here, I just hope the health department deals with this issue before that happens
