Nice, local full-service appliance store. I was able to get in, pick out my appliance, pay and leave in under 30 minutes. Rates for delivery/installation are reasonable. Plenty of free parking. Associate was pleasant and helpful without being overbearing.

Needed new garbage disposal. Did it by phone. Delivered, installed, and took away old one. The installation fee was $150 (68% of cost for unit), BUT we didn't have the hassle of getting someone or trying ourselves. Servicemen were friendly, quick, efficient, and professional

I really appreciated the guys at brown's, they took the time to explain to me my options and gave me solid advice on how to proceed. Knowledgeable and insightful professionals who really tried to help me and didn't take advantage of our hour of need when our home appliances broke! We are so grateful!

TV commercial totally untrue. They don’t have a warehouse.Ordered a brand new dryer. No one ever said it only opened on one side so when it came my plumber attached it and they took my old one away when I called the office and said it opened on the wrong side. No one ever mention that when it was delivered or ordered .the lady in the office told me that I would have to pay $100 to switch the doors unfortunately I had to have Service come for a heating element that stopped working and the tech was nice enough to switch the doors for me and then I got a nasty call from the office that said she was going to send me $100 bill Please do not go local go to Home Depot or Lowe’s took mine over a week when I got it.

We went to Browns because my father buys from them. We bought a speed Queen washer which wasn't cheap and was told delivery in the morning. We were happy when we left the store. Fast forward to the delivery day and I receive a vm saying it will be in the afternoon, I call the store and she says he shouldn't of told you the morning, our deliveries go by area... ok, so I reluctantly agree to stay with the afternoon being told around 12. No 12, so I call and the lady is not service oriented and now I'm not either! I finally get her to call driver... be there before 3:00... nope!! I call back and she's worse than before so now I am too!! I finally canceled my order and went to Scalamos where I got a better price, delivered today earlier than they said and the delivery guys were professional! They now get my business!

Bought new microwave from Brown's, same price as the big discount mega-chains (cheaper on one model actually). I bought the wrong one initially (my mistake, I forgot a feature we wanted, so I called and asked to switch) and they made it easy to swap to new one before delivery.Installation was today.They gave time window for installation and showed up in that window.The installer Torry was excellent, really good. Paid attention to details on install that you may not think of, made sure place was cleaned and organize after the install (drilling/sawdust, old brackets removed, old appliance taken away etc.). Great attitude etc.Just that install experience alone, with someone like him representing the company, compared to other big box places means we will go back to Browns first before any other place for next appliance buy.

Recently I had an issue with my 2 year old Weber grill. Brown’s scheduled an appointment with a technician very quickly. Chris came out to check the grill. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and was super professional & helpful. I highly recommend Brown’s for sales and service. Thanks to Chris and the team!

I just saw an advertisement on TV to go local which is what I did my parents used browns for 50 years but when I bought my dryer I got no personalize service at the store or when it was delivered the only time I got help was when I needed a repair and the repairman and fix some thing while he was waiting and the girl in the office said she was going to send me a bill for $100 because that's what the charge would've been to flip a door on my dryer well they didn't ask the delivery guys never asked so it was nice to see my repair man offered to fix it so the girl in the office needs to find another job because after 50 years of my parents doing business there I'll never walk in the door again

Great service from Brown's TV & Appliance! This is my third time using them. I phone called to schedule for replacing my old dishwasher. Very professional and honest service. Service tech showed up on time and did an excellent thorough job! Honest up front advice on everything. Highly recommend!

After "supposed installation" of dishwasher they left without it working after we paid over $1,000 to include installation. In return they charged another $150. They are not trustworthy nor customer oriented -owner was involved in installation. Find someone else to do business with.

For a 62 year old business they certainly don't know Installs. Charged us $250 for the install and left our premises without the appliance working. Then proceeded to charge us another return call of $150 to find out that it was a switch on a wall that was off. Not impressed and the owner was surely, lacking customer service skills. Recommend going elsewhere for business.

We are so happy we chose Brown's! They offer great customer service and competitive prices, and really go above and beyond to ensure the transition from your old appliance to your new one is smooth and a positive experience. I truly believe we would have never had this high level of customer service through a "big box" National store. We will only use Brown's moving forward.
