Very poor customer service. The woman cashier working was very impatient and rude when I asked her a question. If you’re going to work, then don’t act like your customers are a burden. The passive aggressive tone was unnecessary.

It seems every time I visit, there is one problem or another for example the tire pressure pump is generally down. But, today I left home early to get gas prior to work so that I may enjoy the afternoon as I get out early on Fridays through the summer. When I arrived at the station ~6:28am, the employee was just arriving. If the station opens at 6:30 the employee is late at 6:28. When they started to get the pumps up and running, they could not get the pumps online and no one could get gas. I waited until 6:45 and then had to leave. An employee should have the station open, trash barrels out and empty, have the pump readings done etc. and up and running at 6:30 not trying to set up at 6:30. Why can no one do what is expected? Does BJ's not allow the employee to start prior to 6:30? Such an inconvenience!

Avoid visiting during weekends as it gets crowded and gas flow tend to be slower than usual.

The card payment interfaces were upgraded and have been nothing but problematic. Tried to pay with a newly issued bank card. Tap didn’t work, inserted card and it wouldn’t read the chip, then it wouldn’t release my card. Told me to “see cashier” where I had to dealt with probably one of the least helpful individuals I have ever met. Rude, barely said anything to me, didn’t listen to me, then literally got out of booth and walked away without resolving the issue. Went to a second “cashier” who had no idea what to do. Neither could run the card for me or fix the issue at the pump. There was zero customer service. Had no choice but to go to a different gas station where the same card worked fine. Service and issues like this, given gas was the main reason for my membership, likely not renewing.Just awful, those two employees should be fired for their unwillingness to help.
