“It took 4 months and half a dozen calls to review an ATM record and return our money. Over that period of time, that same money devalued by more than 10%. If the roles were reversed, i would ended up with 29% interest compounded monthly and more than a hundred dollars in late fees, over draft fees, etc. So in short, if we reversed roles, i would have owed them somewhere around $200-300. Seems rigged but that’s banking.4 stars because we eventually got our money without having to file a police report against them.”
