I had my leased Subaru Ascent cleaned/detailed/touched-up prior to returning it to the dealership, after my 3 boys had their way with it (one of whom decided to engrave his name in the paint with a rock). Grant was not only able to touch up the paint, but provided a complete front to back and interior/exterior service that truly revitalized it. If you’re looking for quality, look no further. He’s also detailed an Indian motorcycle (Vintage Darkhorse) that I had, helped to keep it the head-turner it was. Highly recommended.”

“I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“UPDATE READ BEFORE SIGNING UP FOR MONTHLY WASH CLUB: It’s a shame one thing can totally ruin an experience for a car wash. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR MONTHLY WASH CLUBS. I cancelled my plan before the end of the month and I’m still getting attempts for $49.99 charges on my account and reaching someone to help get this mess sorted is ridiculous. This has been ongoing for weeks now. Really unfortunate because I did like the services here however, beware of this issue with the billing your account after it’s been cancelled.Great car wash and extremely friendly staff. I have a 4 door Jeep wrangler and most automatic car washes do not rinse the soap off entirely. This automatic wash did. The ultimate wash was the one I chose and can attest to the quality of. They also have free vacuums out front for when you are done.”

The location is on the side of a dealership with no sign for the detailing out front. Unfortunately customer service was lacking due to some language barriers but still professional.”

“It’s not perfect, but definitely good enough in a pinch. $22 for the ultra wash using the soft touch bay on the far right got my SUV 85% clean. From other reviews it sounds like the no touch bays could be less effective.Same thing for drying - around 85% dry given it’s a quick shot of high pressure air before you exit. If you have wider than normal wheels, this place is good because you don’t have the automated tracks like other places.$1.50 for 7 minutes to vacuum is decent. Whenever I’m in the area for youth soccer or hockey, I use this car wash. Fuss free and easy to use.”
