After hearing the positive responses from several friends that have purchased from Yankee mattress, I decided to also purchase a mattress from them. My sleep has been greatly improved, and the comfort is exceptional. The customer service I received was top-notch and I cannot recommend this Company enough. Please buy local support these wonderful companies that stand behind their amazing products!!

My wife spent over 2 hours testing different mattresses and learned so much about Mattresses from the sales representatives that made our choice so easy. We highly recommend Yankee Mattress! We were the 6th in our family to purchase Yankee Mattresses and we are all so pleased !!

Our third mattress from these folks.The last one had an issue as I picked a mattress to plush. They came out and picked up and reworked the mattress to fit our needs.A cost involved , but that was on me .Excellent communication from the office to the delivery team.I highly recommend, as usual a great experience!

We went to the store in Northampton with the intent of getting a new and comfortable mattress. The sales rep was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. He encouraged us to try out each mattress in order to access which felt better. The mattresses are hand stitched and so well made and the one we picked is so comfortable! We are getting much better sleep now with no pains in the morning! They are handmade for each customer, so that takes about 3 weeks, and then they deliver it to you right around then. They are very good at keeping in touch with you throughout the process with texts and then call you close to your delivery. Very good customer service! So, we bought a mattress protector a with the mattress and we feel that the whole thing was well done and the cost was so very reasonable for the value! The mattress was set up by the delivery team and our sad old one was taken away. They left a gift of a nice Yankee Mattress coffee mug for us to enjoy a cuppa after a great night's sleep on our new Yankee Mattress! I recommend that you check them out!

We’ve been sleeping on a Yankee Mattress mattress for a week now and it is supportive and so comfortable. In addition to a variety of mattress and some quality bedding options, it’s the customer service that truly makes this store great. We worked with Tom, and needed to make several changes after the sale. He was especially accommodating, and paid attention to details we had not thought about. Delivery went smoothly. We could have found a mattress for less elsewhere but our purchase was money well spent.

I have been through all kinds of mattresses over the years...from Ikea to boxed products to sleep numbers. The very best mattress I have ever owned is the one I am sleeping on now. It's from Yankee Mattress. The guy there said he created it for his granddaughter...it's very plush and it's just right for side-sleeper me! I had expected to go in and like the top-of-the-line products but this was closer to mid-range price. I couldn't be happier.

Could not be happier with the whole experience. Stephanie was super friendly and helpful when we visited the showroom in Agawam. Gave us all the information we needed and was never pushy. Ordered on a Sunday and already received a call on Thursday to schedule delivery for the following Tuesday. Incredibly fast. I’ve been suffering with a bad mattress for so long, so I was ecstatic. Delivery was on time and the men who delivered were fast and friendly. AND the mattress is AMAZING. So comfy. I’m sleeping better than I have in years and am waking up refreshed. Zero complaints, I’m telling everyone I know about this place!

I'm so glad I went to Yankee Mattress in Northampton to purchase our beds. Tom is knowledgeable and was very helpful to me while trying to choose the right mattresses for myself and my son. I ended up ordering two full size sets.They were crafted and delivered within the promised time frame. The delivery team set our beds up quickly and precisely. They were very professional and polite (Thank you).You can tell the mattresses are hand made with care, they are perfect, like sleeping on a cloud. We love our new mattresses!Everyone from beginning to end was awesome and the fact that the mattresses are locally crafted here in Massachusetts is the icing on the cake.Thank you for the great experience Yankee Mattress! I will definitely recommend you to everybody I know.

We knew it would be a risk to purchase a mattress that wasn't returnable, but we did so knowing that Yankee comes with a"Free 100-Night Comfort Adjustment Program".What they don't tell you is that they will try very hard to not make good on that promise. First, they will try to talk you out of it, they will suggest you go spend extra $$ on a mattress topper (when they promised to adjust the mattress for free!), and then they will take several days to get back to you on this.I like to shop locally, but in a business environment where mattresses with "365-day trial periods with a 100% return policy, no questions asked", you would think that Yankee Mattress would bend over backwards to have excellent customer service and , you know, make good on their promise.They will indeed adjust our mattress eventually, because it's in writing that they will do it, but their crappy customer service is making it far more difficult that it needs to be--this is a deal-breaker, and we'll never buy from them again.
