Incredible selection! I was initially very overwhelmed when walking in as the store is HUGE. Ended up leaving with 3 skeins of a beautiful caramel Malabrigo yarn for my Ballerina Wrap top I'm knitting. Being an hour and a half away from the store it was quite the trip, but totally worth it and I'll be back again in the future!

I'd like to update my review of 11/29. Apparently, I just missed the website fixes because when I went back this morning, everything was findable and worked fine. Again, I would like to point out that for prices, selection, and customer service, WEBS is my favorite online supplier. And now that their website is once more user-friendly and easy to navigate, I am very happy to re-rate them at five stars!

a long time customer of webs, I decided to use my gift card on line to order yarn. surprise! they don't accept them . all you get is a bot answering all your questions. what happened to the old homey webs where you talked to an actual person who knew what you were talking about. emailed customer service to ask why I couldn't use my gift card online and Surprise! no answer . guess the bot was helping another customer. love craft has really taken Americas yarn store down a notch.

im very disappointed in the newly designed website. Dots for colors of yarn? Yes you can press on the dots, but the old way was so much better. why fix what isn't broken. last time I ordered my order kept getting rejected and the message said "TROUT" something. I had to call in my order, which took a lot of time. Finally I asked about it and the woman said I had to manually re-enter my credit card. She said it was for my protection! I say it's a bad software glitch because no other website that has my credit card stored in memory rejects my order. Amazon for instance. Yarn often has breaks in it where it's retied together. one ball of Valley Yarn Superwash had places that weren't twisted enough so I had to cut the skein four times. That's unacceptable for any knitter.

I buy from WEBS online, but it's SO worth a visit if you can make it. They have a "scratch and dent" section that I particularly love, where you can find all kinds of bargains. I bought a $30 cone of yarn there for $10! There's a regular sized large yarn store up front, then a LARGE warehouse type area in the back. There's also a weaving studio off to the side where you can check out several types of looms. They don't have all their stock at this location, but it's a great sampling.

I been buying for this company thousand of dollars in their products of fancy wool. I only request it’s been fair in the shipping. Sometimes they take over time. Over 15 days of delivery to the west coast. And called them politely and nicely to please send the shipping on time. They had always a horrible bad attitude. Attitude because very often I bought over $1.000 in wool. How funny. Been happening couples of times. Now I am not going to get some place else. I think I deserve respect and a good treatment. Stay away from them many many other companies selling same thing with nice attitude and respect with customers service. If you guys are racist. Just don’t sale things online and sale it locally. But treat people with respect.

Pricey but AMAZING selection of all things yarn related!! Definitely worth stopping by, staff has always been great to me and I hear their classes are great too! (Though I've yet to attend one personally)

this is the second time I have placed an order after this business was sold to a large company and the on line is horrible. both times they have taken my money for certain yarn then notify me over two weeks later a yarn is sold out although they sold it to me two weeks earlier. I then ask for a refund on that yarn and am told the rest of my order is being sent. another week goes by and I hear nothing. I contact customer service and they inform me " shipping" was never notified so they had not sent it. This has happened two times. no apologies or concerns voiced by customer service and pretty much an attitude of not caring. you spend more time hunting down your order only to find they sold part of it but held onto your money. this is no longer a local family business and it shows. spend your money elsewhere and with a business who is customer centered and appreciates your business. WEBS is not such a business.
