I had a good experience at the Walgreens pharmacy. The staff was friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. It wasn’t too crowded either, which was nice. Overall, it was a positive visit.

Beware of their compounding center. I do not recommend it. I contacted the compounding center about 3 weeks ago asking if they could compound my pet's prescription and the cost. At their request, I also had my vet fax them the prescrption. They assured me that would find out if they could fill the order and the cost and let me know. Since then, I have phoned numerous times, only to learn that that can't find the prescription, they have no record of our calls, and they appear to be very disorganized. If this is how they handle a simple question, I don't want to find out how they handle prescriptions. I'm staying away.

Routinely put on hold for 20 mins and then hung up on. Go ahead and try, no one will pickup.Hours are changed randomly all the time, you just can't count on them to be open and you can't even call to find out.

I really like the usual pharmacists here but this Memorial Day weekend the covering pharmacist seemed to think it was her job to prevent me from getting the medication I needed Worst experience ever Now I can’t/won’t go back

If I could give this pharmacy negative stars, I would. I’ve never been to a pharmacy establishment with such unprofessional, spiteful, and twisted employees. I went there because they were able to order a specific brand of my medication I needed, and when I tried to call for a refill, I was on hold for over and hour as there is no way to leave a message during business hours, and if you hang up and call back you go to the end of the queue.I was told after over an hour they had to order my meds and that my doctor hadn’t specified the brand I needed (she had) and I received a text that that it had been ordered. Then the next day when I checked the status online, it said I had no medications in progress. I called them and they shamelessly lied to me, first saying that my doctor had called them and canceled the prescription (she absolutely had not and I called to confirm this was a lie) and then when I told the employee I was speaking to that was patently false, he suddenly changed his tune to “well, we can’t order that specific brand, it’s not available to us” two days after a different employee had ordered it for me and I received a text saying it was ordered and on its way. Apparently this is how they retaliate when you complain to the store about an hour long wait on hold. They will literally deny you your meds because of a customer service complaint. This is genuinely the most sadistic and unprofessional behavior and they’re a national chain.Oh and the first time I set foot in the place they were loudly and cruelly denying a senior citizen her pain meds and treating her as drug-seeking.Go literally anywhere else, these people are evil.

The staff is wonderful. Always polite and kind from the front store all the way to the pharmacy. In regards to a previous post, the main pharmacy technician there has bright pink hair, tattoos and in her 20s so I don't think profiling was an issue here.

So, the main pharmacist (older guy) denied me my prescription and told his underlings to tell me that they needed confirmation from my doctor or else they couldn't give me my medication...that's never happened to me before at any pharmacy in any state for any reason. When my doctor called me after eventually dealing with them, he said that they had told him that the handwriting was so good that they thought the prescription was fake. Are you serious? Aka, they were sketched about giving me meds I've been taking for a decade because I'm in my 20s with green hair and tattoos. Thanks for profiling me! Million bucks says you wouldn't have done that to a milquetoast white dude in his 60s. This was months ago buttttttt-so glad I graduated so I now have the time to say F you! See ya next refill! Also, it would be great if you guys stocked 100% cotton tampons--consistently. I'm not trying to give myself TSS over here.
