My car was hit while parked outside. I have visited multiple times now requesting security footage. Each time I'm told to come back later and it'll be ready, or that they'll contact me. It's been a month. Maybe I should call the police.

Carl & James are awesome! They were both very helpful of what I’m looking for an upgrade from iPhone 13 to a iPhone 15.
They observed my old phone, they knew what I needed a protective lens for the camera. That, I messed it up on the old 13 from a waterpark in 6flags last Saturday! Lol
Lesson learn, don’t risk you phone even if you have protective screen & case. Buy the water proof bag, yes it’s expensive $30 but at least nothing happens to your phone.
I told them, I needed a regular iPhone 15 that carries more storage. I’ll pay extra storage if i have to.
Since my kids download a lot of apps, when i open my iPhone I'm like what are they & left me a little storage.
They advised to get the black iPhone 15 because carries double more storage w/ no cost to me. Lucky I’m not fussy on the colors.
You might as well buy the accessories buy 2 get 1 free & been loyal customer you get 25%off. Yes its adds up but in the long run it will be worth it.
