It was much better before it became a chain run by MOMS. The staff that were there before were great and still are, especially the parts department. The inspection station is not the place to go. It is slow and they will fail you for things that are due to a lack of knowledge of perfectly legal European bikes.

I bring my bike for some motor work not only did they almost double charge me for every single part that I got but the bike blew up there was a few parts. I found that they didn’t even replace and they wanted to try and charge me more than what my bike cost MSRP to fix it Because they didn’t wanna fix it even though they should’ve been responsible for the repair I will never recommend this place again. I don’t recommend anybody go here. Then they offered me $1000 for my bike after I just paid two grand to them for work on it

I recently purchased a new Honda NAVI from Moms Northampton, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic!The GM at Moms Northampton, Dan Beavis, was knowledgeable and easily answered all of my questions. He was extremely patient and never pushy, making me feel comfortable throughout the process.When it came time to purchase my new Navi, Dan made the process quick and easy. He was able to work within my budget, gave me a sick MOM's T-Shirt to "welcome me to the MOM's family," and even personally delivered my NAVI to me!Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience at Moms Northampton.
