This is a revised review, and the response below from Valley Fabrics was written before I revised this review on April 9, 2024. I happy to say my problem is 100% resolved and Valley Fabrics deserves a 5 star review for service recovery related their machine maintenance services. Now that my problem is resolved it's not fair to delve into the issue, but I can now confidently say that if you ever have problems with getting your Bernina machine serviced Valley Fabrics does not hesitate to keep their customers happy. I will now definitely use them again for sewing machine service and thank them for being so professional and diligent.

First time to Valley Fabrics! Wow! What a great selection of quality fabrics! Mostly quilting cottons, but other things, too!

Valley Fabrics is a beautiful shop for the modern quilter. They sell a wide variety of fabrics from top notch designers, along with a great assortment of patterns, tools and accessories. They even sell and service Bernina machines and long arm quilting services. The employees were very friendly without being pushy. I will definitely be returning soon.
