I visited the Northampton Post Office earlier today.I was really happy with how quickly the package pick-up process went as well as the a availability of other postal products like stamps and envelopes.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The woman supervisor could not have been ruder. If it’s an inconvenience to help a customer with a simple issue, you’re in the wrong career! Lazy and immature attitude.

The clerk was so rude, when I approached the counter I said good morning and he said move to the left..... his attitude only went downhill from there. Sad I have to pay money to be treated disrespectfully.

So far, the best USPS office I've seen ever. The staffs are so nice, kind, and helpful. I recommend here to deal with your packaging or shipping.

This is by far the nicest post office location I've ever gone to, after living in 5 different states and frequenting many a post office. Staff are kind, patient, and helpful, even around the holiday season when I'm flailing around like a lunatic trying to ship one hundred packages and they find me the cheapest options while also helping me tape things. And in a pandemic, too! Special shoutout to Dan, who I'm always particularly happy to be assisted by whenever I'm in.

First things first, I'm the realest...jk jk (Cardi B joke... *cringes internally*) Okay, first things first for real: we're in the middle of a pandemic and these people are still friendly, knowledgeable, kind, and well-stocked with hand sanitizer. It's clear that these postal workers are working hard to keep up with the flow of mail regardless of the global situation and it is so appreciated. When you visit this location right now, expect all the normal services that you need along with some other additions like glass partitions to keep the workers safe and healthy. If you need hand sanitizer, just ask. They keep it behind the desk. Now on to the normal review. I've been using this post office now for over a year and I haven't had any issues. The employees are friendly and helpful. When I have issues or am confused about how to write out something, they are always really willing to help. This is the only post office within the city, I believe, so you may come here because of lack of choices, but you won't be disappointed.

Love the USPS. Careful and competently handle packages and deliveries. I regularly ship fine art photos, art prints, and frames and have never had any issues with missing packages or damage.

Locking the door a few minutes early lately and had multiple packages this week not get scanned in Northampton and will be unaccounted for until the next day in Springfield.
