Such a cute place! I found the most adorable jacket. The woman who helped me was an absolute sweetheart. Made me feel comfortable and was patient when half way through check out i got distracted by another product. I cant wait to go back to noho and shop there again!

My experience at The Blue Marble store in Northampton was extremely disappointing. The attendant who assisted me displayed terrible attitude right from the start. I had trouble paying with my Spanish cards, and instead of helping, the attendant seemed irritated and unwilling to resolve the issue. After insisting several times, I finally managed to get one of my cards to work, but the feeling I was left with was that they didn't care at all about my situation. The lack of professionalism and empathy from the store staff made my shopping experience utterly unpleasant. I would definitely not recommend this store to anyone.

We brought back an item in a brand new unopened condition. We had the receipt. We were rudely informed by 2 people, at the same time, that "Everyone was told when they purchased anything, that items could only be returned by the 6th". It is January 9th. We did not get that message while purchasing approx $500 worth of clothing. My husband bought this one item on a separate receipt. I felt attacked and disrespected. I left the store saying we had to agree to disagree.
I also had explained that I couldn't celebrate Christmas with my family until 3 days ago, as I had to go to the ER on Christmas Eve, and I tested positive for RSV. Therefore our holiday was cancelled until this past Saturday.
No exception was made. So disappointed.

I love your high-quality stylish clothes and your unique selection of jewelry. I bought 3 unique silk scarves and get compliments whenever I wear them. Cathy and her staff are always so helpful and pleasant. Shopping in your store is a fun and satisfiying experience. I look forward to coming back to see your newest collections.

went to the new "little blue" shop and i work in customer service so i know how it is and i don't usually write reviews i was in a hurry and put the baby outfit i was gonna buy on the counter. the blonde girl with lip fillers was just sitting there on the phone probably to her coworker from the other store talking about the customer who was before me because she had some problem with the price , i walked out and went to cedar chest nobody got time to watch her talk on the phone

Great shop with lots of curious things. I had mini adventure just browsing the store's artful collection. Definitely stop in if you are in the Thornes Marketplace on Main Street in Northampton, MA.

The display window caught my attention as I was exiting the building and had to go back inside. The ladies that helped me in this store were so accommodating as I needed a sterling silver necklace to match a stone I was gifted. It was perfect and affordable so thank you I will be back for more.
