I am neither a cook or baker but I stopped by today and I was very happy with the help the staff provided. They were the best of any help I have received in any retail store. They took the time to explain and guide me in my purchases.

I really appreciate the integrity of this small business. When I asked to exchange a faulty pasta machine I’d bought the week prior, the team swapped it for me with a new one, no questions or hassle. I have gladly purchased more high quality cooking tools and will continue to do so whenever I am in town. Thank you!

First time going to this store. My grandmother had taken a few zoom classes (which she loved) and I decided to check it out. Staff is friendly, they have literally everything you can ever need in a kitchen, everything is easy to navigate, and the prices are all fair. Definitely going back

Love always going here to peruse for one kitchen tool then always end up buying another cause we see great items here! Got my Miyabi knife here, a garlic press, cutting board, utensils organizer, probably something else too.They are always willing to answer questions for anything or show you the knives! Support local businesses!

Never having been to The Baker's Pin before, but being a total s***** for kitchen stores, I was really happy with my visit last night. We drove by and had to stop in just to browse. There were two employees who always seemed to be within earshot and had hilarious responses to my comments about various items -- one of them told me I should rent a UHaul to drive from MA back home to SC so I could buy everything I wanted. They really embodied what every small business needs - people who are personable, funny, and helpful without hovering or disappearing. I didn't end up purchasing anything at this visit but found some ideas and had some real laughs in the meantime. I have long wanted to take a cooking class and will keep an eye on these classes when I am up in CT for my next visits.

Friendly, helpful, and efficient staff. Even though it was almost closing time they helped me find exactly what I needed. Price was actually better than anywhere online!

Great store, I came here for some birthday presents, had to exchange one of them the following day. Overall I dealt with 3 different employees, all of whom were very knowledgeable about their products, polite, friendly and helpful. Great selection of high end and mid range products and a lot of specialty items.

A truly special and unique kitchen store!! These folks are just downright wonderful, helpful and kind from ownership all the way on down. Baker’s Pin has stunning kitchen gear you just can’t find elsewhere with a wealth of knowledge and expertise to back it up. Had the pleasure of getting some great kitchen equipment from these fine folks over the years, and everything has been just top-notch every single time. The Capresso coffee maker I got from you four + years ago still plugs away every morning like a champ! It would be rare to find a store of this caliber anywhere, but to have this amazing treasure right here in Northampton is truly priceless! Get yourself over to The Baker’s Pin!!

Great kitchen store with every type of utensil and gadget known to man. We took their advice and bought a few All Clad pots and pans here and without doubt will have these for a very, very long time. I also love their salt options.
