My first time ever in there was very disappointing, I went upstairs to the glass part, and I didn’t know they had a no phone policy, two of the employees yelled at me, they didn’t try to talk to me just yelled at me because I was taking photos to show my boyfriend that was at work, every other glass place I’ve been to your allowed to take photos but not here. They also didn’t have any signs up about no photos or calls policy, and didn’t even have a policy on their website. Never shopping here again.

I was on Holiday a week ago and stopped by and had a great time the staff was so friendly and so many items. The staff was knowledgeable when I looked at rings and 2 rings came home with me. If I'm ever in the area again I'll stop by. I highly recommend this shop!

Pretty disappointed. Only shopped here once and it was last week to buy a dress for pride. When I came in the person working told me that their clothing is one size fits all. Well the dress I bought did not in fact fit my bigger chest. But guess what! No returns/ exchanges. So now I’m stuck with a dress that “fits all” but me I guess.

They have nice, decently priced products such as clothes, sunglasses, jewelery, etc. The employees are kind of eccentric and a bit odd from my experience but it isn't a big deal. It is a fairly big store compared to some others in Northampton so there is plenty to browse.

I went here a couple weeks ago with my sister. She had bought a pair of sunglasses that were $12, we paid and were halfway down the street when the staff member who cashed us out came running after us to let us know she had accidentally overcharged her by $5 and wanted to refund her the overcharge. It would’ve been so easy to let us continue down the road not realizing she had been overcharged but I truly appreciate the staff member who made sure to correct the error (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name - but good karma to you!) I genuinely love coming to this store, I live local and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming so I can’t help but stop in when I come to Noho and I love bringing my out-of-state friends/family to this store!

I've been here multiple times with poor and rude service, but I just went today with my Puerto Rican boyfriends family and experienced borderline racism. They act so inclusive but in reality when they have to interact with POC they can't handle it. The women seemed extremely impatient and like they thought we couldn't afford anything there. Another customer, clearly LGBT, made a rude comment as he walked past me about my boyfriends family not being able to make up their mind. We were only in there for about 10 minutes... We spent about 100$ but were still treated like pests because we don't have that boho white Northampton vibe. Virtue signaling at its highest. Especially the older woman with blue hair. Don't give this shop your money, it's overpriced anyways.

This place has the best customer service of any head shop me or my partner have ever been to… and that’s a lot. Shop Therapy is our first stop for glass if we ever need anything. The selection is top notch and the quality of the pieces are amazing as well. Thank you to the staff for always being kickass!! :]

I was in store around 3:15-4pm on Tuesday, January 25th 2022. Loved the place itself, and almost every worker was very helpful and kind! Whoever was working the register though, that’s a different story. When my girlfriend asked to take a look at some of the rings the person working the register said “yea hold on a minute.” Rudely, to which we responded “okay no problem “ then when they asked what rings my girlfriend wanted to look at they started going off saying “ those won’t fit you” without even standing up or going to look at what we were talking about. Sadly the person I am referring to seemed to be the manager in charge and was ordering the rest of the employees around the entire time I was there without doing much of anything. Great store! Just think that person brings down the overall happy , chill vibe that I believe the shop itself is supposed to give off.

With their cheap Chinese plastic bings and chipped glass , they really do think they are better then you ! Snatching Ids dictating how you shop ! Just all around rude ! Tell these scrubs to head back to the cape where people thrive on rude businesses
