Switching this past year from a national pharmacy chain to Serio's was one of the best decisions I have made! The quality of service is excellent (they know my name and no more having to get in a second long line if I have a question) and I like supporting local businesses. Thank you Serio's!

this pharmacy refused to consider filling my prescription out in by my out of state practitioner because they would like me to establish care in MA, though I have been seeing this practitioner for 5 years. MA state law supports these existing relationships (recognizing that this is the best care model) by mandating that prescriptions from out of state practitioners for MA patients are allowed to be filled. This pharmacy does not support good care. Pharmacies exist to support our health, not to make independent decisions about where someone should get care, and should be required to follow state law. I would not patronize such a place. Like stores who decide they don't want to serve customers because they don't agree with their identity--same issue. SHAME on you.

I just spoke to someone at Serios about an Amazon order and they were very pleasant and accommodating. If I lived closer to them I would be delighted to have them as my pharmacy where a friendly, live person answers the phone without putting you on hold for 30 minutes plus like Walgreens does. I really appreciated their helpful attitude and their speed. Thank you! Unfortunately, Yelp has the wrong store hours on their website which is why I wasn't able to pick up my packages on a Saturday before going out of the Country on Monday.

Like most parents I was having a really difficult time trying to track down antibiotics for my baby but Serio’s had what I needed and stayed open for an extra ten minutes so we could get it that day. So lucky to have a local pharmacy in our community.

They seem friendly, but don't equate that with professionalism. I switched to them about 6 months ago, because they "deliver". Well, sometimes they do and sometimes they forget. The latter has happened to me 3 times! Love waiting for things that never show up. And they never apologize.

Fabulous in every way you can think of. Reliable with all my prescriptions. Excellent friendly service. I left the terrible generic CVS for Serio's, the traditional independent pharmacy drug store where people are treated with care and respect and never looked back!

Their medsync program is great! I switched over from CVS after years of wrestling with them and have found Serio's to be much easier and quicker. The staff is great and their store has a good selection

This is MY pharmacy for years and years. Dont ever miss out on the opportunity to make this your pharmacy. Paul the owner is awesome. He has set up individual health plans meaning when your meds are due they automatically fill them and call you to pick up. Ive NEVER had a mistake and meds are always available. If theyre short on meds they make a plan for you. They do have a charge system. As long as you keep up a payment plan they will never let you go without your medications. The do excellent consulting and any questions you have Paul or other pharmacist will be there to advise you. Forget Walgreens! Forget CVS! Forget S&S! Also for a small fee. 1$ they deliver. How about that? Serios is an old mom and pop shop. They sell much more than medicines. Check it out! You wont be disappointed!

Very customer-friendly pharmacy. For years my daughter's medication has been hard to find, and we frequently have experienced long delays on refills. My daughter recently moved to the area and needed to find a good pharmacy that could help. When we visited the establishment, Paul Serio himself came out to speak with us directly about our situation, and once we got a local prescription written the pharmacy was able to provide the medication immediately. Wish I had a pharmacy like this one back home.
