I do all my oil changes and inspections here since the walk ins are always SO fast and convenient. They are also my go-to for repairs. I always get a fair price and they are up front and describe issues to me in a way I can understand before doing any work. Had an issue with my brakes recently and they warrantied a repair they made a year ago without me even asking. Great people, I've always gotten fast and honest service here and couldn't be happier.

Every time I’ve gone here (3 times so far), I have gotten great service. In my experience, I haven’t felt talked down to or scammed like some other places do (I wasn’t offered new windshield wipers/new transmission, etc. when I came in because my trunk wouldn’t shut). Thanks for the great service!

Going to Pro Lube was an amazing experience! These cats knew exactly what they were about, got me in and out for an oil change and an inspection wicked quick and did a truly superb job for me and my silly little car. Also, as an aside, it seems like these folks really like working with each other…that means a lot to me. Thanks, y’all!! As the good General said, I shall return.

I have been a ProLube Northampton customer for a few years now, and I’ve always had quality service delivered with integrity here. They are honest and fair. Once, my partner took in a car for an oil change, and they told him he didn’t need one yet instead of just taking the money. They’ve always fit my car in quickly when I need an appointment, and explain the problem and options to fix it clearly. I go here whenever my car needs service.

Bent my dipstick and refused to fix it. Poor attitude from the manager. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs.
*update - here is the piece of my oil dipstick tube that according to the manager " crumbled into 4 or 5 pieces" and wasnt "salvageable". No it just fell behind the alternator and you were too lazy to go get it. So not only terrible customer service but they're liars too.

UPDATE:Downgrading rating to 1 (should be zero) after bringing our vehicle to multiple experts for 2nd opinion. We will pursue action via better businesss bureau and local officials as needed. In summary - please use caution if choosing this vendor for a MA vehicle inspection.
We brought our van in for routine inspection after 3 yrs of no issues. Suddenly, we bring it to prolube and they fail it due to turn signal and “floor rot”. They clearly don’t know old cars so best to steer clear of this facility if you own a classic. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 as I do not have experience with other services.✌?❤️?

This shop checked my breaks and refused to replace the rear pads and rotors because of a souped up issue with the hydraulic hoses they made seem like an emergency - it wasn’t. I went to another shop for a second opinion and found they had forgotten to replace my wheel lock key so the shop wasn’t able to put my rear tires back on with the original locking system in place. The man I spoke to on the phone HUNG UP on me when I called to complain. I will never come back to this place.

My car was making strange grinding noises, so I called Pro Lube. They fit me in that same morning, which I really appreciated. A few hours later they told me they didn't find anything wrong (the noise just stopped on its own), but they did tighten up a loose bolt that stopped (another!) annoying rattle. Total charge? $0. I always go here for my oil changes and regular maintenance. Mechanics and receptionists are always efficient and courteous. Pro Lube is just great.
