I really enjoy the Northampton Planet Fitness gym. The staff are kind and courteous and the gym goers are there to work out and are polite. Sometimes their machines could use better maintenance, but overall I really enjoy this gym.

We went to the gym tonight and I would never recommend anyone to go to this gym, the attendant at the reception is completely stupid, people are afraid to ask him anything because the guy is rude to everyone! Terrible treatment of people, we pay VIP to be treated like this??

I paid to be a VIP customer, and the service is terrible, the man who works at the reception is totally ignorant, rude, I asked the price of the drink and he didn't answer, maybe it's because he's an immigrant, because the other people who were also at the gym They complained about the same thing about him, today on 07/18/2024 at 10:20 at night, I went to ask to turn on the massage chair and it's always frustrating, because this man doesn't respond, always with a frown and ignorant of the people, I'm only going to pay this month, and I won't go back there again
