I had read good reviews about this place over the years, but was loyal to my local tire shop close to home. However, after visiting them to help with a tire pressure monitoring system issue and being brushed off by less than helpful employees who said they had never heard of the problem, I tried the dealership. Also no help and less than friendly customer service. Then I tried Pete's. Wes was so upbeat, helpful, full of advice. After listening to me explain my issue, he got me in in a timely fashion, job done quickly, and on my way in no time! Made my week!! So refreshing to experience great customer service in a society where it seems to be becoming a thing of the past. Will be returning for all my future tire needs!

Passing through with the camper and the tires were low. These guys were very nice and went above and beyond helping us out. Seemed simple but became not so simple with dual tires.

I’m relatively new to town and had my first experience with Pete’s today. After calling around to a couple of other places that couldn’t see me for days, they took me in right away and fixed my slow leaking tire in under ten minutes. Phenomenal, friendly service, and better than fair prices. This is my new tire place for sure!

I called Pete’s tire because I was in town and one of my tires was going flat. I called and spoke with Noel and he told me to swing by and they would help out with putting my spare on. Unfortunately, I am disabled and just recently lost my leg. And could not have done it on my own. Noel came out and put my spare on in 10 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. Companies and the world need more people like him. It was more than polite and courteous, and just a good person. Thank you, Noel!!!

I brought tires in to swap over and was told unless I buy the tires from them they no longer do that because they dont want to be liable if they damage the tire. Really hire people that know how to do the work right

Great service and staff. Very reasonable prices. They fixed our RV tire (inside dully) and quickly got us back on the road.

Okay, I gave this company many chances before going on social media but here are. If I could give zero stars I would. Long time and now a very upset customer. I had a bad tire a on a 2013 GMC AWD Terrain. They told me it was okay just to change two tires after 3 weeks of driving the transfer case let go. I spent over 3,000 for a replacement my mechanic did a roll test in which it failed. I then went to a dealer and they told me that two tires couldn't be replaced on that car and all 4 had to be changed. No is was not Burke because they are close to one another conflict could be a issue. . I want to McGovern in Green I spoke to the head Mechanic there and told me that all 4 tires on this car need to be changed at once. The issue is still not been take care of and Pete’s lost a customer. This will also be going to court if the issue is still not be taking care of in 30 days from now January 17 2024.

I will not return. Poor customer service and poor workmanship. I was there for a tire changeover. I went with four hubcaps. I only drove home. The next morning, I only had three hubcaps. I called as soon as I realized. The staff member was dismissive. He said he would review video and call back. I would have at least appreciated a call back. He never bothered to call back. Then three days later, I had a flat tire. They must of never checked my air tire pressure after they did the switch over. I won’t recommend or go back.

On one of the worst days to deliver to Northhampton AND get a flat tire (it rained all day), the crew at this location took care of me and my truck. They went over my options for a new tire, and upon informing them that I just need the cheapest option to get me home, they inspected the tire without hesitation to see if it can be salvaged. Other places would've looked at the tire being off the rim as not being able to be salvaged. But they did their due diligence and saw that it was repairable (I had two nails). Instead of costing me almost $200 & up I spent $35. They made my day brighter when I was totally soaked and desperately trying to get home nearly two hours away. I highly recommend going to them for your tire repair needs!

Ehhhh. Town fair tire has my loyalists especially after being hung up on because I was "asking too many questions and they were too busy". There are much nicer ways of getting your point across then having a horribly rude tone and hanging up on your customers especially when I've spent good money there. That did it for me. I understand everyone has bad days but that's unacceptable no matter how busy you are. Those are the times you probably just shouldn't answer your telephone!
