I ordered the Playful Penguin Race online, it shipped incredibly fast! I ordered on a Friday and it arrived on a Monday. The toy did not work upon the first try however it was no fault of the distributor (it was an internal wiring issue and the toy is very old so I wasn't too surprised) and my boyfriend was able to repair the issue in under half an hour. When my package arrived it was clear it had been handled very carefully and was in wonderful condition.

No thank you worst customer service EVER!!!!!!!! They claim it’s not there responsibility if the package was lost and will not give you your money back for nothing spent almost $70 on stuff for my birthday and now I have nothing besides money down the drain!!!!!! DONT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANNA THROW MONEY AWAY!

My 2 year old toddler loves Eric's Noodles and Albie series! He is currently really enjoying Noodles' and Albie's Mermaid Parade! He is learning a lot about sea animals lately (especially penguins) and also about Coney Island and New York City, so this book is perfect. It's very well written, and we also love the illustrations which are so colorful and beautiful. It makes a great gift for any sea loving family or New Yorker.

This shop is great! I'm a penguin expert and author who worked with penguins at the New England Aquarium in Boston for 9 years. I now work as The Penguin Lady to teach children and adults about penguins, and often buy stuffed animals for use in my presentations, as well as other penguin items for branding purposes. I've been buying penguin products from the Penguin Gift Shop for many years now, and have always been very happy with their products and with their wide selection of items. They have every penguin item you could possibly need (as well as many you didn't even know you needed)!
