I went in because my office printer stopped working and I needed a few copies right away. The woman who helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me quickly put together my copies. My bill was 63 cents! She used the change on the counter to pay for it! Really great customer service and would highly recommend... read full comment

Waited twenty minutes at the counter without being acknowledged. Not even a "sorry, we're very busy" just people looking at me and ignoring. Outrageous.
