Northampton Volkswagen I can’t thank you enough! Quick and easy process from start to finish! Got an amazing value on my trade in! Jason and Miguel were absolutely amazing! I didn’t think I was going to be able to take the vehicle home for a few days and sure enough the team stepped up and made it happen the very next day! 10 out 10 would highly recommend??

My husband and I recently bought a car at this dealership with the expert assistance of Ertugrul Demirhan. He was knowledgable and friendly throughout the process. I was impressed by how helpful he was in answering our questions, pulling up an app on his phone, for instance, to show us how many charging stations are available for EVs and even plotting a route to a vacation destination we sometimes visit to show how easy it would be to get there with an EV. Beyond that, he was never impatient or dismissive. As a woman, and now, as an older woman, I have encountered salespeople who were, so I give extra credit to those who are courteous and respectful. Ertugrul was both. We are happy with the car so far and feel good about the transaction. I would definitely recommend the dealership, car and Ertugrul in particular to anyone interested in a VW.

Shannon who was my advisor was amazing!! She's been my advisor before and I've always had an extremely positive experience with her!! She's super friendly, warm, kind, genuine and just sincerely wants all of her customers to have the best most positive experience while coming in for service!! She treats you like you're a close friend or family member!! I am very pleased with the service that I received at this volkswagon!! They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with the care of my car!! My experience was smooth, easy, and well tended to in an efficient enough manner. Shannon was in charge of it all and the experience all went very smoothly because of her!! I would definitely return to this Volkswagon, asking for Shannon specifically to be my advisor!! I also want to put a shout out to Luca who was my shuttle driver. He is so kind and very sweet!! He's also very relaxed with having conversations with his passengers!! I was offered a couple of freebies as well because the price was a bit higher than I had planned!! I would definitely return to this volkswagon as they went above and beyond with their customer service and making sure I am ? percent pleased with the level of care and concern for my vehicle.

My wife was interested in checking out if an ID.4 might meet our needs. We wanted to just sit in one and test drive if it made sense. Initially we met a sales rep who seemed pleasant, but when the manager found out we were interested in an EV, we were transferred to their "EV expert". We experienced the stereotypical high pressure sales rep who does not listen to what you want and has their own agenda to push. Was surprised my wife didn't just walk out. Will definitely not be buying anything from this particular VW dealer. They need to change their sales model and provide better training to their sales reps to take it down a notch and listen to their potential customers. Unfortunately I had similar experience here years ago but wanted to give them another shot. Too bad they have lost my business permanently now.

Had an overall great experience buying my car. I needed my car for a trip less than a week away from when I started the buying process, and Jason went above and beyond to help ensure I’d have my car in time. Cannot recommend Jason enough, super helpful, goes the extra mile for customers and extremely pleasant to work with!

We just bought an ID.4 at a fantastic price. Ertugrul, our salesperson, was nice and extremely good at his job. He explained all the features of the car, patiently stepping us through the tech, and made sure we got the car we wanted at the price we were prepared to pay. He was highly professional from start to finish, and we have no reservations in recommending him to our friends. We are delighted with our car and with everyone we worked with at the dealership.

Great experience working with Ertrugrul! He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful in getting me into a car that really works for me. On top of that, he worked to get rebates and incentives so that I could afford exactly what I wanted. I can’t recommend him enough!!!

I just sold my vehicle to Northampton VW, I dealt with Rob Winslow. Rob made the process incredibly easy and gave me a fair price for my vehicle. I lost the keys to the vehicle and he handled everything, the replacement key, tow truck etc. If you have a vehicle you’re looking to sell, I would reach out to Rob directly, he made the process incredibly easy and smooth.
