I’m happy with the care and service I’ve received at this store. All of the staff are friendly, especially Chris Allard. He was very understanding, empathetic, and communicative. The store is price friendly for college students. Their warranty is also excellent. If you’re a college student with a broken laptop, I would recommend this place.

Highly recommend going here! They were helpful from the first time I called to inquire about getting my computer repaired. They were knowledgeable and I trusted they would get it done right. Just got my computer back after getting my hinge replaced and it works perfect.

They fixed my broken laptop within a week for under $300. Saved me from having to get a new one and kept in touch throughout the entire process! My wife’s computer needs fixing also, so will definitely be a repeat customer :)

My computer suddenly stopped working on a Friday morning just as I was supposed to log into a zoom meeting. I showed up at Northampton Computer Repair in a panic as I rely on my laptop to do remote work. Chris was friendly and reassuring; he and Stacy were able to get my computer repaired by Monday (for a very reasonable price) which was a huge relief to me. I highly recommend this business.

Absolutely incredible how smart the team here is. Took me months of research to figure out why my PC's VGA debug light was stuck on, which usually means a graphics card error, expecting the worst I brought it in and they diagnosed that my computer's SSD was causing the issue, I left with a dead SSD and a brand new one in the computer. The PC hasn't started up so fast EVER. Great job, any issue you have big or small, BRING IT HERE.

I dropped off my computer after it had died, having no idea what was wrong with it (and little hope that it could be easily fixed). Northampton Computer Repair fixed it, and my computer is working beautifully now. The job took a little longer than expected, but I was fine with that because I knew they were really busy. They did a terrific job at a reasonable price. Very personable. I would definitely go back there again.

I used to run a computer (mostly hardware) business and rarely use folks to help, but Chris was amazing for a complicated network repair then install of a mesh network. I'm thrilled with the alacrity, detail orientation andsuccess of his work. Rah rah NCR!!

Their service is unbelievable they kept in constant contact actually calling me as we went forward with the repairs and the final cost was very reasonable considering the results. It Feels Like the Way old fashioned service used to be that I grew up with (full disclosure I am 66 years old) and I had thought most of this kind of service has gone away. Highly recommend them for any of your computer printer repairs.

Went in with a part that looked m broken. He confirmed my assumption that was the reason for my computer problem. And found a duplicate that he had recused from a discarded computer and charged a modest amount. Not the first time I've been happy with the service there.
