I went to Morrows to get an inspection. It's a clean shop and they are courteous, professional and efficient. There were a couple of vehicles in front of me and I was still in and out in under an hour. I would recommend them. They do inspections during certain hours only. They also do some repair work, although I have not used them for this, I would.

It's an honest and fair auto shop. Any review talking about the appearance... grow up. Why don't you just go to your dealership. SMH. I will definitely take my car here again. They even helped me with advice on issues I was not addressing that day. Got my car in within days, not weeks.. I have nothing but good things to say. If you want a shop with a pristine lot and mechanics with clean hands that don't fix your car, this is not the place. I left with quality work at a reasonable price. They have my business for sure

They do the extra stuff without being asked. They lubed my door hinges during an inspection without my prompting, even though it wasn't part of the inspection. Professionals all the way!

They don’t know the MA laws for 4WD vehicles. Don’t bother taking anything lifted or with larger tires there. They haven’t bothered to learn the laws and what they actually say.Four wheel drive vehicles modified for off road use are specifically exempt from the requirement that tires be completely inside the wheel wells. Which is why the shop I normally go to has passed the vehicle with these wheels and tires for years.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
