I recently brought my 2016 GTI for a 110K mile service and was very satisfied with the work they did. Additionally, I really appreciated the break-down of labor charges, which were not consistently at 0.5 hours, but for some work, 0.2 or 0.3 hours - something I had not seen with prior technicians / shops. I'll definitely go back there for work needed in the future and can highly recommend this place!

I got a great Subaru that they were selling in August. Everything worked except the clicker. Then I found out the heat didn't work. $500 later, it works okay. I felt it should have been less since the car should have been sold with a working heater in New England or else disclose that before buying it but they said the $500 was giving me a break so....
If I'd known it was going to be so much, there are a few other places I would have taken it. Not a place someone without a lot of extra $$$ should consider but overall it's a good car.

Joe and Peter were awesome. I had a 2006 Mercedes with a brake issue and they were very transparent and quick about getting my vehicle fixed for me. They kept me updated everyday while they had my vehicle and made sure I knew the status of my car. I would highly recommend Ryan’s imports to anyone!

They are not fully transparent when quoting. They will quote only the parts and not labor. When I went to pick up my car the owner had taken it to run an errand to CVS. The front desk manager Peter had to call him to come back. When he arrived ( cvs bag in hand) he apologized and said it was in the way of the back door so he had to take it to run the errand. When I explained I wasn’t comfortable with that his response was “ at least I was honest”. When I called back to explain how unprofessional my experience was, Peter was patronizing and lacked accountability.

Joe has been taking care of my family's cars for several years now. He is very honest. I'm confident that when he tells me something needs to be done it is the truth. His prices are fair. The repairs might be fine but the Manager and employees are racist and I don't think anyone should be supporting that behavior in 2021
