Had a very good experience here after my car got hit and rear hatch door needed replacing (bumpers too). Not a simple job. I chose Ingellis because they are a local partner of Mapfre (my insurance) and had good reviews. It worked out well - the financial part was so much easier dealing with a Marpfre-affiliated shop. This was not an easy job because of all the parts that had to be ordered so it did take some time. I cared more about the quality of the job and everything came back looking as new and the overall detailed clean of the entire care was a welcome finishing touch. A couple times I wanted updates but it was mostly easy to reach them on the phone. I would recommend for more difficult body repair work based on my experience with my Toyota.

These people painted my bumper because the dealer sold me a car whose bumper was incorrectly painted years ago. Ingellis was highly recommended by multiple local mechanics. The professional staff explained what needed to be done and gave me a reasonable quote. The final product looks great.

Terrible communication throughout the time they had my car which was almost 5 weeks when it was supposed to have been there for 2. Delay after delay- and I would only find out when I called to confirm my car would be ready. It was a terrible experience. Never again.

Dropped by Ingellis after an accident hoping for an estimate before they closed on a Friday afternoon. Instead, Matt came out and quickly bolted everything into place and refused to charge me for his time. I’ll definitely be going back here if I need more work and would recommend Ingellis to anyone! Thank you!

Amazing service!!!!! Family ran; local shop. I was having issues with looking for a good Diesel technician, and found a Ingellis auto body while driving down the road. I didn’t know why my 7.3 Ford F-350 (which is a discontinued motor) was driving like complete crap, had a boost issue and was throwing codes, Mathew, one of the owners, within seconds diagnosed the issue and fixed it right on the spot, when everyone else was booked till the end of December. As a local business owner time is money, and I rely on my trucks to make me my money. Not only did Mathew and his colleagues have every tool necessary to do the job, but also we’re very re-assuring that it was a common and easily fixed issue with my truck. Looking forward to having u guys paint my truck for me in the near future!!!!! #teamIngellisauto
