I totally love my Genesis and hope to buy another one. But I have serious concerns since Jaylene from your service department hung up on me. She insisted that my Genesis did not qualify for valet service although I have never paid for it in the past. More importantly, what kind of customer service will a Genesis owner receive when a service rep hangs up on them? I am still waiting for a return call from a manager to explain Jaylene's behavior to me. Does your dealership only care about selling cars and not about the treatment customers receive once they have bought those cars?

Sold my car on Thursday the 22nd and is now the 28TH and still have not heard anything back. I'm also without a car until they give me my money. Funny how responsive they are when buying from them, but once they have your car it's next to impossible to talk to anyone there. Very dissatisfied as I needed a car by Friday the 31st to get the car I wanted and now that can't happen because they won't give me the money that's owed. Unreal since they have the signed transfer of title and the car.

I just bought a 2022 Genesis G70 here. Rodd was a terrific salesperson. We struck a deal quickly and it was thousands less than the offer I got at another Genesis dealership.The follow up went smoothly and my car was registered and delivered to my house on schedule.Highly recommended.
